I was initially impressed with the facilities. I was going to initially pay for a three day stay for my dog, but was talked in to a larger package that provided additional days free of charge.
I have a 10 year old Great Dane that did not do well during his stay. I think the amount of activity in the open play area combined with his age caused him to have mobility issues during his stay. When I picked him up, I found that he had urinated repeatedly on his bed because he could not stand, and have food and treats left around him in what appeared to be an effort to get him to eat.
I said that it didnt truly seem like it was a comfortable environment for my dog, truly based on his age and lack of mobility, and asked if I could simply pay for the days of his visit. I was informed via a manager that the owner, Chris could not refund any payment since it was a pre-paid package. The owner could have done whatever he saw was fit, and unfortunately felt that retaining money he already received outweighed both my future business and referrals.
It was obvious that my dog simply didnt do well because of his older age, and the ownership simply couldnt see fit to do the right thing. To date, my calls have not been returned by the owner.

CONS: Not truly about the animal care and conditions as much as the profit!
