Great but expensive  5 Star Rating - World class

I honestly think this is the best company out there, but probably also the most expensive. We put in the reverese osmosis as well as the water softner. The salespeople are nice and helpful. You can go to their store and pick up the reverse osmosis filters and they show you how to change them yourself. We also started having a problem with not enough pressure from the drinking water and they showed told us how to pump air into the water tank. I have never had to have them come out to do any service because they are very good about walking you through what you need to do. In my old Sears reverse osmosis, I never could tell when to change the filters. The Kinetico one starts to not put out a lot of water and then eventually shuts down so you know you need a new filter.

PROS: The best out there
CONS: The most expensive

THis system works very well there is no funny taste in the water and it doesnt taste salty and that great when you are using it to make forumal for your baby and the rest of the family its better then carring all of those bottles to go out and fill every few days with you drink as much water as we do

Outstanding water softener, filter -- but not cheap.  5 Star Rating - World class

The free-trial that Kinetico offers for $9.50 is quite misleading. We needed a water softener anyway and also a water filter so we knew that the ad really meant nothing. The final price for this reverse osmosis system was upwards of $2000, but we are certainly satisfied and this particular company came highly recommended by the water quality management agency. We have the filtration system which is attached to the kitchen sink and which provides clean, filtered water 24 hours a day. Over the course of 5 years we've only replaced the filter once and we went to the store to pick up the filters. They led us to a replica and showed us how to change them ourselves, saving us $59 in a service call. I'm very pleased.

PROS: Quality merchandise
CONS: Quite Expensive
