very rude service department my first problem was with ed rochowic i was his costumer for years since bought my Nissan sentra in 2004 when new service representative check my car he said that my fluids were never changed i was telling to ed why because i know that i paid every second time for premium service which includes and wiper blades changed which i notice they didn't change ed was very angry yelling at me they charging only when is needed SO WHY I pay something that is no need to pay OLL good when you paying and not asking nothing I stopped on his reaction thinking that they can damage my car changing parts second problem was last week for my oil change I made an appointment over the phone when I come to service department nobody even notice my presence one clerk was talking to mechanic another doing some paperwork only he said over papers to wait until he is done I was waiting about ten minutes no greetings no good afternoon may i help you nothing !!!!! i walked up couple of steps service office finally person that talked to mechanic stood up from his chair said that i walked up twice and very rudely asked me what I need I said oil change he threw paper with number on my dashboard and said to wait one hour for it no walk around my car no hi nothing another person that was doing papers when I come come to me when job was done to give me bill to pay he called me disrespectfully amigo what to say everything is OK until you going to pay and don"t ask nothing very rude and laying dealership they will close your car in their shop give you bill for the job which might be done or not you don"t have right to say nothing other wise problems they will be angry at you yelling at you could bill to you for something that is not done upper hand they can do whenever they want I put for one star begause veb makes you run away of them

I have taken my car into Desert Nissan twice now to get some major work done. Both times I was helped by Ed Rocawich in the service center. Both times he has done an amazing job. He is very good at his job. He has went out of his way to tell me in detail what is going on with my car, how long it should take, and has always been on point calling me or returning my calls. In past experiences (other dealerships) I felt like I was always getting the run around. I have never felt like that when I went to desert nissan.

If your car needs to be worked on, I would suggest asking for Ed to help you out. He is great.

Terrible. Warranty work denied without providing proof of oil service for a year --of course only one receipt kept. Even Worse, rude, uncommunicative and refused to give copy of warranty. Never reccommend.

I recently posted a review titled "Horrible." After posting this review, the dealership's service manager called us and agreed that our situtation was horrible. He was upset to hear about our experience and offered to give us a discount on the price to have the AC fixed and paid for my husband to have a rental car. We will be back as this manager took the time to care and give us quality customer service.

The salespeople are rude thieves.The sales manager is the head of the thieves.Read your financing paperwork 10x before you sign.Tell them to "F" off on the "Desert Protection Package"You don't need pin stripping this isn't the 70's.If slicked haired Frank is your salesperson run away as fast as you can or buy lube. Your choice.They will try and switch cars on you write down the VIN of the one you want.You will get service coupons in the mail that don't apply to your model.They will never find what is wrong with your car while it's under warranty.You car might be the service departments lunch wagon.At every turn it will be a fight.You will regret buying a car from them every time you make a payment.If your actually still considering purchasing from them after reading this here is what I have to say: "No matter what has happened to make you feel less then in your life. God loves you and is with you every step of the way. He wants you to be happy. You owe it to yourself to be happy. Buying a car here will not be a happy experience."

My second review. I bought a new Altma in Dec. 06. [Tennessee} my visor broke and I took it to Desert Nissan for repair at which time I was informed they would have to run a check on it for a recall on the motor. Quincy [service manager] [ what a joke! ] told me later that day everything looked good and I could pick up my car the following morning. When my boyfriend got there they told him it would be about an hour. At which time I called Desert Nissan and they informed me they changed the motor. Now I am wondering why Quincty has lied to me. I told my boyfriend something just did not feel right about this.I felt like now I would have problems with this motor. [you know, gut feeling] Well guess what; now it is leaking oil Now I have to take it back in to ANOTHER dealership to fix it. The motor only has about 700 miles or so on it. Desert Nissan sux! Stay away from them! I bought the car new. I will never buy another Nissan product again! Chevy will get my business again. Sorry I ever strayed from you. The only reason I gave D. N. one star was because the web site made me before I could post this rating.

Once you are on their list, they will mail you great service coupons. Even without a coupon, they have always been honest with the service I need and the price quote. I have taken my car elsewhere for a 2nd opinion, only to bring it back to the dealership for service because the other people usually had higher prices and wanted to fix more things. I have brought my SUV here for 7 years and have always been pleased. The car is always ready when they say it will be ready. I also like that they have a courtesy shuttle to take you back home if you need to leave the car for an extended period.
It can definitely get busy here and sometimes there may only be one service guy, but it's more important to me that they take care of my car correctly and honestly.

We went in to buy a car. The sales person was very nice and seemed to be very informative. Unfortunately, that didn't cut it. Everytime we were ready to pick up the car (used car), there was always an excuse. (Mind you we paid for the whole car already). Well, winds up they couldn't sell the car to us. They had us looking at a car that was never checked out and wasn't safe at all...lots of things wrong with it. How can such a big place try to get away with selling a car thats not ready to be sold? To top it off they wound up holding our cashier's check for 3 days before they would give it back to us. I would never try to buy a car from them again, if they can lie that easily, what else are they capable of?
