By far one of the BEST Mexican food restaurants I have tasted in awhile! Their tacos are fantastic and what made it even better was washing it down with a delicious margarita! My two daughters and husband enjoy it as well. My girls always order cheese enchiladas and usually finish their whole meal. The service is always friendly and the dishes taste very authentic! I definitely give this place a two thumbs up!

I'm from Texas so I was scared about having some decent Mexican. But I was pleasantly suprised. Good food and good service.

Cantina Los Tres Hombres is a noisy, crowded, jumpin' place in Sparks that offers good food and drinks and features local bands as entertainment. I went there during one of Sparks' annual celebrations, so it may have been more crowded than usual, but I got the sense that it's always lively. If you like that kind of ambience and tasty Mexican-American dishes, then this is one place you should visit!

Ok, I know, when I'm looking through reviews of restaurants I always heavily discount the ones that are just so very negative. Figuring that the reviewer didn't have a good day and needed to vent. But this place is one to avoid for food. The 'Cantina' atmosphere is passable if your just looking for a drink, and the wait staff fine, but if your coming for the food, I tell you go somewhere else. Overpriced less than average .... everything.

My experience: We arrived (a group of 6) and was seated straight away. Menus came out water provided, the usual opening. Half the group ordered a salad which arrived as little tufts of shredded lettuce piled high on small side plates with ranch dressing (ordered) that was borderline 'going-off'. My entree was a Steak Fajita. Listed as NY strip steak. Whatever it was it wasn't that. It was tough and rubbery and thoroughly unenjoyable. No one at the table thought their meal or this time spent was anything other than a mistake.

If this can opening cantina was just sub-par I wouldn't be writing. But my one experience was so poor that it will forever be my one time at the CLTH.

BTW this is my second review, 1st review was a positive one.
