If you are looking for a school where you don't want any involvement with your child's education then Challenger is the school for you. In addition to the school's very rigid, dictatorship like policies and procedures, the school does not

3 great year until we had an issue with Mrs. Ashby our daughter's 2nd grade teacher. She wouldnt respond to our notes or keep promises. The administration wouldnt move my daughter even after several complaints saying they felt they wanted to teach my daughter a life lesson. Who the H*ll do they think they are to decide they know what is best for my child? Mrs. Gorshan the vice head mistress needs to go to school to learn how to speak to people and learn how not to speak down to them. I demeaning little know it all that she is. I dont have words to express my disappointment and disgust with the admin staff at the Sandy Challenger School in Utah. I would rather put my daughter in public school that have to deal with the admin staff at this school. You pay almost 1k a month and the admin staff treats you the parent like crap. Good luck to all of you who have to deal with this staff and that woman.

Thank you, Challenger Silverado! My daughter loves school and her teachers. The 3 year old program has been an amazing experience for her. She's reading & writing and her artwork is the best. We are thrilled with the program and the school itself. It's refreshing to be greeted by professional staff with a smile. Keep up the outstanding job! And thank you for reminding us....Brillance with values make great Americans.

I have never been more impressed with a learning environment! My daughter has attended the Silverado/Henderson campus since she was three and my husband and I are very impressed with the admin, staff and curriculum. I am very surprised that other people have negatively talked about this school, so I would suggest that you go and see Challenger yourself. My daughter is able to stay until 6:00 and she has afterschool activities such as drama, spanish, soccer, choral and private piano-at no additional expense to my husband and I.We see the value in every walk of her life. She is years ahead of her peers, and has gained so much self confidence. Kudo's to Challenger and their incredible program. We love what you do!

I do not recommend this school. Arriving at this school is like arriving at a prison. You would think after paying such a high tuition price one would at least be treated with respect and dignity. However, that is not the case here. They don't greet you, you greet them. You don't even get a return smile or hello or goodbye. My son has been here for a year now. It's not a one day's thing, it is everyday. The front office staff particularly, Linda is always demeaning with her responses and looks, her attitude express she is so much better then you. They are only there because their children are enrolled at Challenger and they receive a discounted tuition price. They are unapproachable and not there to help you. If Challenger teaches manners, how come they don't teach their front staff? Did they even receive an education at all? It seems like the front staff does not even have the bare basics down. How are they suppose to educate our kids?

Pros: New Facility

Cons: Arrogant, Demeaning and Rude Staff

We went through 3 other private schools before we found Challenger. My children have been attending for several years and I would recommend it to any family interested in an advanced curriculum, respectful classmates and sound values.
