My wife and I were completely happy with the final results of our backyard!!! I will be recommend them to all our friends.
We hired this company to do extensive front and back yard re-design. Designer Tommy is great. However, on one visit we asked for a price quote on some upkeep and were quoted one amount but received a bill for $40.00 more than the direct quote from the person who was on the property. We are within our 1 year warranty period but since we refused the pay the extra money, the owner Ron, has cancelled our entire warranty on all plants and trees and work they did. Now we have a palm dying and he's being a hard ass! Nice way to sustain customers in these economic times.

Ron The additional $40 was for additional pruning, clean up, & disposal of debris you requested that was not on the original work order when the guys came to do your work. I called & explained this a couple of times & called to collect the balance many times with no response. I didn't cancel your warranty, our contract states that no warranty work can be performed unless any work done in that time frame is paid in full. I understand tough economic times but I was only trying to recoup my expenses for the additional work you asked to have done. I think this is only fair. I also called you back after you hung up on me to let you know I would be happy to try & work it out with you but again you never responded. I am very sorry for this situation but economic times are tough on businesses too. I want to clarify that I am not stating any of this angrily, we pride ourselves on great quality service & i'm still willing to work it out with you.
I waited too long on the phone just to be told to wait. I have to wait another time so long so I hang up. The second time I try, it was the same and they talk as if I am some kind of criminal. Then he hanged up. Their brochure might be good but they are not interested in business at all. This is the problem with many businesses here in Las Vegas. They don't know what customer service is and what it means to the business.

They designed and installed a beautiful waterfall in our backyard. They turned an ugly corner of the yard were nothing was growing in the centerpiece of our backyard. The waterfall is just beautiful. They have come out to clean and maintain it as well. Not cheap, but you get what you pay for! We are very happy with their work
We used this landscape design company to install our waterfall in our back yard last year. We thought their price was high, but their brochures said they had a good reputation. We were disappointed in the outcome, and recently had to contact them about a possible issue, and were particulary disappointed in their attitude.
PROS: Good ideas
CONS: Price, Customer service
