I took my kids here to pick out something special for Mothers Day. After spending a lot of time to find just the right arrangement, we placed an order for a Sunday delivery. They said we had to meet the minimum cost to qualify for the delivery... and still had to pay the delivery fee to boot... so we added a balloon to satisfy the requirement. They said it would be delivered on Sunday. The flowers & balloon came on SATURDAY... while my wife was at work. I called to let them know they came on the wrong day. Their response was "What do you want us to do about it?" I ended up taking the flowers (& balloon) back on my own and demanding a refund. Not once did anyone ever give me an apology or offer to fix the problem.
