Cory was wonderful when I called to place an order from the East Coast. She was very patient as I offered some ideas and she really came up with great creative options and worked with my budget. I had to coordinate with another party and she was also very patient with my numerous questions and phone calls. Greatly appreciate the personal service! Thanks so much.

I was totally in a bind for a quick gift at the last minute. The people here were so nice and helpful AND got all my stuff together for me while I waited... 15 MINUTES!!! It was fast and easy and not all that much money. And yes if you are wondering, the reciever of the gift really liked them too. I even got a kiss out of the deal!

I got a bad experience for my ordered with Roseshack last two week, and the owner shows up by contact me and apologize! She even offered a credit or make a new arrangement to me . How responsible! Great follow up!

A few years ago I ordered expensive mother's day flowers delivered to my stepmother in Las Vegas through 1-800 flowers. What she got was a limp arrangement of a half-dead lily and a few waning filler flowers in an oversized cheap glass vase, delivered late, no less. What I got was *absolutely* no attention, consideration, apology, return credit, return call, etc. from the 800 flowers co. This year I ordered a reasonably priced large plant from the Rose Shack to be delivered to my stepmother on mother's day, with instructions to call me early if there were any anticipated delivery problems. What I got was the early call I requested from Corey, Corey's attentive help picking a good plant for delivery with no "upcharge" attempt, and Corey's promise of on-time delivery. What my stepmother got was quick delivery of a 4' healthy plant she liked so much that she referred to it as "the newest member of our family." I have to say that it's care and service like this on the part of a business that chips away at my cyncism about modern American life. So I guess I got a great plant delivery, and a bit more. And that spurred me to make the effort to write this review. Thanks, Rose Shack!

I was very impressed with the flowers I ordered from the Rose Shack. They had a great selection of flowers and very good customer service both on the phone and when I visited the shop. I was looking for a specific flower and even though they didn't have it in stock that day, they were able to have it for me the next day and they were beautiful and very fresh. There are a lot fo florists to chose from in Vegas, but I have definitely put the Rose Shack on the top of the list, and will be using them for all of my floral needs.

I was worried when I had to order flowers as I never get anything unique but corey really took the time to listen to what I needed the flowers for (trying to impress a business client) and she created the perfect unique and tasteful arrangement of calla lilies, oriental lilies and kiwi vines. She really helped me and needless to say I got new business from my client. She made me look good!

Great Customer Service from owner Cory-

Cory enthusiastically answered the phone, she had the just arrived-in variety of oriental white lillies (long-stem with 3-4 blooms each) that I had been calling around the strip for. When I asked if they could still be delivered "today", I could hear her in the backround asking someone if the delivery person had arrived back yet. When she returned to the phone, I heard, "sure, no worries". When next I asked if she could describe my choice of glass vase, she patiently described her inventory and recommendation. I then emailed my order with address and the contents for my "handwritten note". When I called back to give my visa 20 minutes later, she said the order was completed and looked beautiful. It was ready to go out for delivery! This just does not happen without big passion and business acumen. My appreciation to Cory and her staff along with my highest recommendation.

I wanted the best flowers ever for my mom on the day before Mother's Day and the guy who took my order on the phone indicated their lower priced arrangement would be really nice and he would make sure it got there as promised. While finishing the flower order, he made sure my note was correct and planned the delivery schedule for the day before Mother's Day. My mom called me today (it's the day before Mother's Day) and told me the flowers I had delivered by the Rose Shack Florist were the best she's ever had in 75 years and she cried with happiness which made me get teary eyed and I was so happy for her. She got the note, too. Thank you so much Rose Shack Florist!!!

I callled for a same day delivery they did it NO PROBLEM, they had a great selection at a very fair price with extreme quality flowers. I keep ordering from them because the are just wonderful. My friend says they are the most beautiful arrangements she has ever received. Thank you Rose Shack Las Vegas.

I called various florist looking for same day deliever of 4 dozen red roses, no one could do it, until i called the rose shack. My wife said they were the best roses she had ever seen. They did such a great job that i set a monthly order of rose to be delievered to my wifes work. Thanks everyone at the "shack"

Their artistic creations bloom using flowers such as Freesias, Gardenias, Garden Roses, Stephanotis, Lizzyanthis & Lilly of the Valley. My arrangement was breath taken.
