Budget Flooring

I just bought a home that was a foreclosure and the flooring inside was disguisting! After obtaining several estimates to have tile installed in my house Budget Flooring had the best price in town. Don was very professional when he did a FREE estimate on my home! The tile was recently installed and the job looks GREAT! I would recommend Budget Flooring to anyone!! AWESOME COMPANY!

Hi, my name is Julie. I don't normally take the time to fill out these reviews but after the job I received I feel I have to. Budget Flooring was the 3rd carpet store to come out to my house for a bid on carpet in my master bedroom, stairs and laminate in my downstairs. They came out on a Friday evening. For the same areas everybody else was bidding on not only did I get laminate in the whole downstairs, carpet on my stairs and my master bedroom but I also got carpet in 2 other bedrooms for LESS than the 2 bids from the other companies. We signed the contract on that Friday. The painters came on Saturday and by Monday my installation began! On Monday when I went to my house to let the installers in I found out the painters had painted on my laminate floor upstairs thinking they were going to be replaced also. I called Don at Budget Flooring in a panic. Don came out and gave me a price on laminate which was out of my budget at the time. I am pregnant and due in the next few months and on a zero budget right now. He then gave me a price on carpet for my damaged floor still at this time I couldn't afford this. He told me not to worry about it and he let me make payments over the next 3 months with NO INTEREST and NO CREDIT check. WOW talk about helping me out!!! I only had five days to complete the job so we could move in that weekend...BUDGET finished on time and the work was wonderful!! I will refer them to everyone I know. THANKS!!!

I just had Budget Flooring do my whole house tile, laminate and carpet spent over 11,000.00 dollars believe it or not the big box stores for the same job was almost 20,000.00 the girls in the office were great to work with talking to the owner Don you could tell he's been doing this along time and he really knows his stuff all the installers were professional, clean and did an excellent job. Not only would I recommend this company to my friends I'm writting this review to all of you if your looking for flooring and want quality workmanship and one of the best prices in town I would definatly give these guys a call. I read this guys review below me and it's hard to believe what he is saying is true after my experience I guess you can't please everybody

Bad Quality of work, bad attitude, bad service. Don talked a good game. Blamed prior bad reviews on his daughter (who no longer works there). Girlfriend and I hired them to tile our complete lower floor & bathrooms upstairs. Big mistake. Sal, the installer, bitched about everything from losing his restaurant, to how much he is making laying tile for Budget Flooring. (that would explain the lack of detail in my tile work). I asked him to remove the little moldings around the bath & kitchen cabinets, he didnt do it. I asked him why the tiles are not level with each other, and why he wasnt using a straight-edge to level tiles...his answer was "Do you know how much time that would take!?". I also noticed a recurring pattern on the tiles. I asked him why he didnt sort the tiles out prior to laying them down to make sure no two like tiles were next to each other, much less facing the same way... Again, his response..."Do you know how much time that would take!?". I dont know... Enough time to do the job right? After "Finishing" the job, they had to come back on friday to fix things. That didnt happen. In fact, Sal arrived at 8am. After my girlfriend called me at 6pm freaking out that the garage door & entry door to the house were open, I called him to find out when he left the house...11:00am he said. I knew there was at least a days work to fix the tiles. So, basically, Budget flooring left my house open to the public from 11am - 6pm. 7 HOURS open to the world! Would you like 50" plasma? How about a Natuzzi Italian leather couch??? If you were at my house on 6/10/11 it could have been yours for free. Just walk on in & pick whatever you like. Ive had two other companies out to inspect the tile work & both say it needs to be ripped out & re-done completely. I called budget flooring on 3 occasions: The evening of the "Open House". Never heard from them. Two weeks after not hearing from them, I called during business hours & left a message. Never heard back. Spoke with a girl who assured me she would have Don call me back by end of business. Not a word. After a month (we never paid them - the job was not done) we got a bill in the mail. Charging us extra for non-payment (around $2000.00 extra or so). They also threatened to put a lien on the house. WTF!!! After that, giving them all the chances in the world to make things right, or even talk with me about the inferior level of craftsmanship of the job, I decided it was time to take action. I filed a complaint with the BBB (better business bureau) & the Contractors Board. Surprise, surprise...guess who called? Too little, too late. Contractors board will be out soon to inspect. Budget flooring, shame on you. You WOWed me with your total lack of respect for me, my home, & your own reputation.

My experience with budget flooring was one of a kind. Ive worked with many companies but not one ran like this one. They were efficient and timely. When we ran into a problem it was handled and fixed. I am more than happy with the job they did and even more importantly I am so happy with my new floor! Thank you budget flooring for changing the whole dynamic of my home. I would recommend them to any and everyone!

I represent Teriyaki Madness and we currently have 7 locations across the Las Vegas Valley. We had Budget Flooring install the flooring in our newest location located on Ann and Centennial. We were pleased with the work that was done and if anyone would like to see an example of Budget Floorings work come on by and pick up some food and check out their work.

My name is Lon Chaney. I am the Director at Famous Daves BBQ restaurant here in Las Vegas. Budget Flooring has installed all the flooring at our 4 locations. They are currently installing the flooring at our newest location at 651 Mall Ring Circle in Henderson in front of the Galleria Mall. We could not be happier with the service and product they have provided to us. After dealing with Don and his staff on our first restaurant we had no problem deciding on who was gonna lntall the flooring in our next restaurants. If Famous Daves opens any more in the valley you know we'll be calling Don first! Great job Budget Flooring.

Just wanted everyone to know this is the second job Budget Flooring has done for us. I find them to be CHEEPER than everyone else. And both times have done a WONDERFUL job. I recommend them to all my friends!

What a miracle worker!! I have a rental that was destroyed and left me financially distraught. I received the coupon for Budget Flooring and went in to the store. Ashley helped me find the best affordable tile and Don came out to my rental that day. They were quick, honest and very helpful. My floor was put in within two weeks and back up for rent by the end of the month. I would definetly use them again for my personal residence. Thanks!

Horrible tile job. Tiles are not even, some even have edges so high they catch you. I made them redo about 40 (20 inch) tiles and some were worse after the fact.

Owner made all sorts of excuses, said he would stand behind the job, but how many times do you need to have a job redone, so we paid for a job that we will have to have redone by someone that knows what they are doing at a later date.

We also used Budget Flooring when the daughter was working there and experienced the same run around. We recently purchased a new home and decided to try them again because despite the run around their prices fit our budgets. We were so pleased to find out that the daughter no longer is employed. This was such a relief and would you believe that our floors were done ahead of schedule and without the run around. They have gained my trust and respect back.

I have 8 homes throughout the Las Vegas valley and I have used 3 different places though no place has saved me as much as Budget Flooring! I was impressed with the willingness to assist from the girls in the office and the owner was amazing. I love the free measures, free furniture moving, and of course the low prices. Thanks again Don!

AVOID AT ALL COSTS! Went in beginning of Sept and promised 2-3 weeks for the install. I was stoked about the low price and then 4 weeks passed with no call. I called everyday for a week being promised it would be installed only to be pushed back for every excuse she could come up with and what do you know...the owner was out of the country. After 6 weeks of no shows I canceled my order! Sometimes it is worth paying a little extra to know the job would actually get done. The owners daughter that runs the store is a liar and will make promises only to be broken...I caught her in her lies because she couldn't keep them straight!! My advice AVOID!! Unless you can wait 6 months...just maybe it would get done...but then again 6 months can turn into 12.

If it were possible to rate them with ZERO stars, I would have. The contract was signed on June 24, the job was to be done by end of July. It's the last day of September, still not complete. And still getting the run around. They schedule a time to come out and no one shows up. I call to find out where the crew is and I get told they are on the way. Still no call and now show. I have called to speak with the owner several times and have been told he was "out of town" for the last 2 months!! The daughter runs the office and the son in law does the work. She can't schedule and makes tons of excuses for everything. He doesn't show up and doesn't call. I have to chase them and beg to get the job done. Ridiculous! I would NEVER suggest anyone use this company. I am so sorry I did. They bid low and promise the moon. And what you get is the run around.
