This habachi style restaurant will give you a really good night out!

Located in the Hilton Casino, you enter through a faux Japanese village complete with rain, thunder, stream and bamboo!

There is a very pleasant and atmospheric bar area before the dining rooms to unwind before a meal. VERY tranquil!

The habachi tables seat 8 each. The center of table is where the whole meal is cooked by a cleaver wielding enthusiastic chef. (The chef is always of a good standard although some are better 'entertainers' than others)

The food is fantastic! The menu has several cuts of beef (filet, strip, sirloin etc), shrimp and lobster as well as a nice mix of vegetables - all stir fried infront of you on the flat cooking surface.

Great place for a celebratory meal - not cheap but still good value and very fun!

Went last November for college friends "reunion" - great prices on nice rooms. Cons - further from strip than we thought so taking a cab is a must; this can make you feel somewhat isolated from "real vegas"; limited number of tables as well so you have to leave b/c it gets boring. Pros - great staff - gave us a room upgrade as result of reservation error with no fuss; chinese restaurant - great food and decently priced; dealers - friendly and fun!
