I went there with my husband to break a diet. I was craving marinara pasta, the pasta here taste like the stuff from the can. It was absolutely terrible. The desserts however are beautiful and the tiramisu is up there with the best I've had for that I'll give them two stars. My husband's dish tasted better than mine, petto de pollo (chicken with artichokes, and mushrooms), but still not amazing. The service was also really bad, very slow even though the restaurant was not busy. I doubt we'll be back for dinner.

I dined at Tintoretto and was resolutely disappointed with the food quality. I had a chicken caesar salad, and the chicken strips were tiny and hard as a rock, and browning - as if they had been laying out. I couldn't even eat it, it was disgusting! The ambience was nice, with European-esque "sidewalk seating" in the Venetian. The bakery is unbelievable - they have every pastry you could imagine, all delicious, and a huge selection of coffee and hot chocolate-type drinks. I got an apricot-filled pastry and a palmiere, both fantastic, and my friends got chocolate-dipped cookies and white-chocolate-covered strawberries decorated to look like a tuxedo. The restaurant is garbage but the bakery is upscale and heavenly.

Pros: ambience, amazing bakery

Cons: food quality, overpriced, long wait to be seated

The best thing about this bar is the atmosphere. It looks and feels sexy without people trying to hard. The worst are the "reserved" tables that sit empty half of the night while the rest of us are forced to stand.

This is a great place to grab a drink because there is hardly ever a line and it's reasonably priced. You can reserve a table or sit at the bar. There is no cover charge.
