2000 Sofa Factory

Just had my new sectional delivered and I LOVE it!! I got to pick out my fabric and have it built the exact size I needed. No other store could build me what I wanted.
The delivery guys were great too. They set up and hooked up my new sectional and took all the plastic and foam away with them.
My Mom needs a new couch and I am taking her to LV Sofa Factory tomorrow.

I bought $1400 of crap from sofa factory. they change names and do not honor the warranty. i started calling back in sept. they did not return calls. now i have furniture that is falling apart by the seems!! Beth sold me this stuff back in Feb, 2008 told me they were just downsizing, no worrys!! yeah right!! liars and thiefs!!! so i WOULD NOT BUY ANYTHING from LV SOFA FACTORY!!!

If you buy a couch from this company make sure you pay the extra $$'s they ask for delivery. If you don't then their 1 year warrantee doesn't apply to the fabric, even if it a flaw in the material. I wouldn't recommend this store. Go to a reliable, reputable company you're better off in the long run.

The delivery of my new sofa and chair was at t he exact time and date as promised. I am talking to the exact minute they promised it. It is constructed well and I am very happy with the store and my purchase experience.

At first I was really excited about the options with this place... you can pick any sofa they have and pick any fabric (and you get decorative pillows)... sounds great. But after you add in all the options, it does become quite pricey.

Worst of all, it took forever, it was 6 weeks after I had ordered it and I was on the phone trying to locate my sofa. People were supposed to call me back, never did. I got my sofa, and it's nice... it's hard when you put something together -the style and the fabric- and don't know how exactly it's going to look.
