Great Frame Up

I collect art and have used several independently owned frame stores in the Las Vegas area. I tried The Great Frame Up because of a recommendation, and was sorely disappointed with the quality of service. The first time I went for a framing consultation, I felt rushed by the associate to make a decision, and I ended up choosing a $1000 frame that was recommended for my taste and home decor. Upon bringing the art home, I saw that the frame was really a poor choice. Per the store's return policy, I brought the art in to choose a new frame. Again, I felt rushed to make a decision and walked away wishing that I had just taken my art and the refund home. I asked to use a coupon to cover the additional, and overpriced, cost of the new frame, and the associate said "no" because they were already giving me the opportunity to redo the frame (mind you, the inappropriate frame that I was rushed by their associate to choose). I regret that I entrusted the Great Frame Up with my precious belongings and I am returning to other independently owned frame stores for my future framing needs.

The service provided by the people at this store is completely unmatched in my experience with framing. The frames I received were perfect quality and they even offered to come to my home to hang them for me! Great service, great store!

I am amazed at the consistent level of creativity, quality and service this store provides. They always make me feel like family and inspire me to adorn my home with their creations. If you've never had any framing done or just never thought about it, you will be amazed at what they can create for your walls. Take your most treasured memories out of storage (i.e. photos, keepsakes, baby shoes, jewelry, virtually anything) and create something to personalize your home. They took my grandfather's portrait, his eyeglasses and his mason pins and created a work of art for my home that is amazing!

I had went here to get a picture framed after having been informed by a co-worker. I was told that the service was quicker than that of Michaels. I went in expecting them to just do framing and was surprised to see that they sell craft supplies as well. I had my frame photo framed in four days and the saleswoman took the time to set up several different matting options until I found one that I fell in love with. The staff was patient and very helpful. I will be backk next time I need a photo framed.
