They are supposed to have a large selection of beauty products and hair care needs, but every time I go into this store they do not have what I am looking for and the sales people are not very knowledgable about products. Twice I have asked for certain products and they do not know what I am talking about.

It was my first time in this store, and I wasn't impressed. It was much smaller and cramped than I had imagined it would be. And it was confusing to try to find the items I was looking for.
None of the clerks offered me any help, so I had to hunt one down. She was nice, but young and inexperienced. She wasn't much help at all, and had to continually ask her supervisor for help. I wondered if perhaps I would have gotten better assistance if I spoke Spanish.
I'll probably shop here again when it's time to buy my hair coloring supplies only because the location is convenient to my home.
PROS: Good prices.
CONS: Staff wasn't very helpful. Store was cramped.

I always buy my hair dye there and don't have any problems. and the store is always clean and the sales girls are so very nice and helpful. They always have what I want. I can always count on them to have what I'm going in to buy. I love Sally's, there the best.

i have shopped at plenty of sally beauty supplys in texas and other states but this one takes the cake. The staff is not helpful at all. the only thing they have going for them is everything is easy to sind so you don't have to ask them anything.
PROS: easy layout of store
CONS: bad staff

I buy my nail products here annd never had any problems untill I got over charged by a new employee and the manager would not come from out of the back room to help with this problem. I then told the employee to just give me back my money I would go somewhere else. I was told i could not return any open products suchs as fingernail files. needless to say I got ripped off.
