Probably one of the Top 5 restaurants of all time

by Erich C.

How can you possibly go wrong at Olive Garden? I mean most restaurants don't give you anything to munch on while you're perusing the menu. Here you get soup or salad AND breadsticks, and every dish is cheap as hell. I don't think they have one thing over $20 and most dishes are around $10.

Plus apparently they send some chefs to Tuscany to learn cooking. Great idea, if only they flew back :)

The Olive Garden on Charleston by Red Rock has the all brick motif on the outside and very nice on the inside. I was almost afraid to dirty the street out front by driving on it. That's how clean it is folks.

5 stars.

PROS: Salad & breadsticks. Cheap menu items. Hot waitresses. Some of them.
CONS: Typical watered-down restaurant drinks

Food good, Service was lacking

by Sandra S.

We have eaten here too many times to count. The food is as always very tasty! Love the portobello ravioli. Usually we go with a coupon or some sort of savings, but for the first time in a long time we didnt. The food was great, but service was puzzling. We had to wait a half hour because the place was like a zoo. Extremely crowded. We were told it was a 10 minute wait, but was much longer. When we were seated, the waiter came over and took order. Ten minutes later we got soup and salad. Five bites into salad and soup our entrees were brought to us. It wasn't even our waiter! He never came over. I asked for more bread sticks, soup & salad. It was NEVER brought. Very suprised! Finally, when we were almost done the waiter finally came over and asked us if every thing was okay. We said no, we had wanted more bread. When the table cleared he brought it. So we took it home. I called the home office and complained about this, and they sent me a certificate for next time. We will return, but next time I will not accept the entree UNTIL we are ready to eat it. I dislike being rushed!!

PROS: Good reliable food
CONS: Poor service, one time is not bad

If you want to wait forever for a table.....

by Sarah M. | insider_expert Insider Expert | Rank: 2,434

Then go to this Olive Garden. Several times my family and I just ended up leaving because it was such a long wait. Once your seated the food is really good and nice service but is it worth the wait hmmm not sure.

I think they should make another one of these on the NW side of town so it would be more enjoyable. I do have to say the salad, breadsticks and yummy pasta choices are very filling and good.

Great place for all family members. My baby enjoyed a bread stick while my other 2 enjoyed some spagetti.

PROS: Good food, lots of choices, breadsticks, nice environment
CONS: LONG WAITS for table

Very nice to pregnant women

by Daria P. | insider Insider | Rank: 15,342

When i was in my last month of pregnancy, I went atleast twice a week. They never tried putting me into a booth (knowing that I couldn't fit), put me as close to the bathroom and as far away from the smoking section that they could. They always kept my water glass full to. Such nice servers.

Nothing special

by Kelly W. | insider_expert Insider Expert | Rank: 11,892

It's Olive Garden. Some salad and breadsticks and you're basically done. There's no "WOW" factor. There's no "Old World Charm". They offer items I could easily make at home. Again, nothing special about this restaurant.

Italian at its best

by Paris B. | insider_expert Insider Expert | Rank: 7,821

This is the best Italian restaurant in town. The salad and breadsticks are the best. They have all kind of lunch specials monthly which make stopping by for a bite to eat worth while.

by Toni F. | insider_expert Insider Expert | Rank: 8,158

I work near by this Olive Garden, and on lunch breaks, we order from here. Great food! I could have a full meal just off of their bread sticks!! Dipped in some of their soups, yummy!

Good food, terrible service

by Chad I. | insider_expert Insider Expert | Rank: 7,782

Was seated in the bar area, and after 8 minutes without any contact from employees, we went back and requested a dining seat. I even spoke to the manager and her response was uninspired. Finally was seated and served, but waiter seemed unenthused and worthless. Food was good, but service was terrible.

THE OLIVE GARDEN

by JOANN D. | insider_expert Insider Expert | Rank: 3,723

THIS PARTICULAR OLIVE GARDEN IS THE BEST IN LAS VEGAS. I RECENTLY HAD RELATIVES FROM CALIFORNIA
AND THEY SAID THAT THE FOOD WAS BETTER THAN THE OLIVE GARDEN THAT THEY GO TO IN CALIFORNIA. THE SERVICE IS EXECELLENT AND THE WAITERS ARE VERY FRIENDLY AND EFFICIENT. WE ALWAYS ENJOY OUR DINING THERE. I THINK THAT EVERYONE SHOULD GIVE IT A TRY.

Good food at fairly reasonable prices

by Joanee A. | insider_expert Insider Expert | Rank: 2,381

This Olive Garden location, in particular, gets my praise for consistently competent servers - always friendly and there to refill an iced tea or bread stick basket. As a whole, the chain's food is good generic Italian food. The best value is the soup, salad and breadsticks, which my son loves for any meal.
