Nevada Tennis Assn

The way they run their lessons are usually through Parks and Rec. It's a great class for beginers that have never picked up a racket as there are usually plenty of kids that want to try tennis. As the class progresses, many kids decide to drop out for one reason or another and they may end up having to cancel the scheduled class due to lack of enrollment, leaving the existing students without a class. They do offer classes at numerous parks around town, which might also be part of the problem with getting enough kids to sign up at each park.
