Faustos Mexican Grill

Faustos is EXCELLENT, i've been coming to Faustos since it opened, and have never had a problem with their food or any of the employees.

Faustos has always treated me right and i believe they might have the best mexican food in vegas

First, the food is good. Nothing wrong there.

Second the staff is cool and the service is excellent. The Vega family who owns Faustos is really cool.

The price is right.

But:

I ate there today with my son and there was a cockroach on the tray. Obviously they have an unresolved pest problem. There is never any excuse to have a cockroach, dead or alive served to you with a plate of food. This one was still alive. Cochino! Very unappetizing to say the least. I gave them back the tray with the roach on it.

I will not be back to Faustos.

This was the Horizon Ridge and Eastern location.

I go to the Fausto's on Horizon Ridge at least once per week. Their Carne Asada is the best I have ever had. It is so flavorful and lean. I alternate between the Carne Asada Tacos and burritos. The portions are very filling and the staff is friendly and quick. The quality is always excellent and consistent. I have never had a bad meal. I would recommend them to everyone. YOU HAVE GOTTA TRY THEM!!! You won't be sorry.

I LOVE FAUSTOS My boyfriend and I get food from there every Saturday (the one on horizon and eastern) the guys know us. we should probably be 300 lbs. I always get a bean and cheese burrito and a crunchy chicken taco, but I always want to order the whole menu I would eat it everyday if I could GO CHECK IT OUT!!!

Everyone at my work RAVES about Faustos. I tried it twice and wasn't impressed until I tried the Carne Asada California Burrito. The steak is tender and the cheese and sour cream are piled on. At only $4.50 it is so tasty and a good deal!

i moved from los angeles to las vegas (namely henderson) and was in the mood for mexican food. i gave roberto's a try and was okay with it. my friend at work told me no, you need to go to fausto's. and i did. and now that i've moved back to los angeles, i can't sleep. when i do i awake in cold sweats, still pining for a california burrito, so big and fresh and tender. please go to fausto's, often, my hope is that they will make enough to expand into los angeles and i will be able to sleep again.

Fausto's is great. The food is amazing and the staff have always been courteous. The food is reasonably priced, and the portions are good sized. One of the best things about Fausto's is that the staff always seem to enjoy what they do, you don't really find that too much.

THE CARNITAS BURRITO IS TO DIE FOR. A LARGE FLOUR TORTILLA STUFFED AND ROLLED WITH FRESH FRIED PORK AND SOUR CREAM. ALL OF THE FRESH SLICED RADISHES - SPICY CARROTS AND HOT SAUCE YOU CAN EAT FROM THEIR CONDIMENT BAR. YOU MAY HAVE TO STAND IN LINE IF YOU GO AT NOON. CALL YOUR ORDER IN.

i come from southern california and this is the best mexican food here in the las vegas valley. my favorite is my own speialty that i dub the jennie burrito, it is now quite popular amoung my friends. it is a bean and cheese burrito with rice sour cream and salsa added to it. it is spectacular. i think ill get one right now.
