I have been a customer for years and I donot live in Vegas anymore but I kept my accounts they are so responsive so good . I cannot replace them with other banks really , it is amazing how they help you out in any circumstance

I have been a member of SSSCU for years now. Even though I no longer live in the state, I still do business through them. I have had a few qustions in the past, regarding accounts, and I have had to call them. It usually involves some sort of CS person, and not through the automated response system. They are always very responsive to me, and can get me the information that I need quickly. Very friendly people, who usually go above and beyond for me, as I am unable to visit a local branch. When I lived locally, there were enough branches located around town to be able to go conduct business easily. They also put out a newsletter every month, and if your account number was listed as a "hidden" number, they gave you a $5 credit into your account. Nice little perk, just for being a member.

this bank is wonderful. you dont even need to be a teacher or a student just open a 100.00 dollar savings account and donate 25.00 dollars to kpbs to get a account the intrest rate is lower for loans, the custmoer service is always 100%. you cant go wrong.
