The instructors of this studio are not licensed by the Pilates Method Alliance. While their private and group instruction is not altogether bad, they are lacking in traditional Pilates training, as their mentor is a self-proclaimed "master trainer" who refused to raise the bar to the PMA's standards of certification and guidelines. This facility is also not licensed to teach Gyrotonic, as they refuse to maintain appropriate certification and licensing. Do you really want to train under a group that cuts corners with their own training?

I really enjoyed this place. i didn't know what to expect when i first went but i had a good time. The teachers have multiple degrees and offer many different things to get you in the zen zone from facials to massages. Their massages are to die for and really helped with some of my stress.

I have to admit that I did not know what pilates was all about until recently when my Doctor suggested that I try it to alleviate the constant back pain that I was left with after surgery. I chose the location on West Sahara as I live a block off of West Sahara. They teach what is called the D.K. BODY BALANCING METHOD. All of the instructors are professional dancers specializing in ballet They all have pilates certification. They teach you how to balance your body through dance moves and how to make your mind work with your body. I took one private session that cost me $65.00. But they do have an open session, where you are in a group and that only cost$18.00. After my first visit I went back and I met with Nikki Johnson, who is a licensed massage therepist. She did what is called a soft tissue alignment on my back. This treatment is for acute and chronic pain relief. a 30 min. session cost $90.00. Besides offering the pilates and the massages, they also offer different facials and the spray tanning services. They have several different price packages that include pilates, massages, facials. You can choose private lession in pilates alone which is $840 for 20 sessions. This particular business has been in Las vegas since 1988 and is owned by Dolly Kelepecz. It is the oldest one of it's kind in Las Vegas. The decor is very "soothing" and there are private rooms available for a more personnal
feeling. I am sure that pilates is very good and desirable for alot of people as it has been in Las vegas for a long time. But for me, I will not be going back as I did not feel that I benefited
from it. To me it is very complicated and in order to feel the full benefits you have to keep returning for more sessions and that can get very expensive. Personally, I think that you can get the same results from plain old fashioned excercising
for alot less money. As far as facials, I can get them anywhere in Las vegas for alot less money and the same goes for spray tan.

PROS: Well trained instructors
CONS: Takes too many visits to get results. Expensive.
