It is so great to walk into a coffee shop early in the morning and experience your favorite beverage served by the best employees. Seeing the smile and recieving the best service makes coming worth the while. The best coffee in my opinion is the Cafe Vanilla Frap,for those who wanted to know.

This Starbucks is the best one I've been to. The employees remember you and your drink after only a few times in. They give the best customer service I've seen at a Starbucks. Very friendly and quick service. All of the employees are very personable and are willing to explain or recommend a drink or answer any questions. They are also a T-Mobile Hot-spot location so you can take your computer there and search the web, do homework, or catch up on work.
PROS: Bathrooms are the cleanest I've seen.

My uncle and i decided to get some coffee and pulled into this local starbucks, we went in and the young employees came to the register and said "what can i get you" in a very harsh and rude voice we placed our order and paid and she proceeded to make our coffee while complaining to the other employees how tired she was and how she couldn't wait to go home and how she only slept for 2 hours. I don't think that it is professional and we all have to work for a living and sometimes we just have to suck it in and smile if we are having a bad day.
PROS: the coffee is always good
CONS: they need to hire more mature happy individuals

i felt welcome in starbucks. there where friendly people there that helped you with all you needed they were fast and perpared for whatever you wanted. the decor made you feel at home but was also very classy at the same time
