I liked Randy from the very first phone call. I was looking for a remote control unit for a gas stove that we have in our vacation home. I had been on line looking so I had a little bit of knowledge of them. When I called, Randy

I found Randy after making a few calls to the local contractors. His shop isn't fancy, but has an excellent selection, great prices, and more importantly impeccable service.\nI'm actually not a full time resident, but operate a vacation rental, and need to have people I can trust. It's critical to my business to have people I can just trust to get things done without ""adult supervision."" \nRandy is that man. I spoke to a few other fire place stores in the area, and Randy beat them on selection, service and cost. We did have a warranty issue on our stove (clearly not Randy's fault) but he immediately ordered the parts, worked around a renters schedule and had them installed in less than one week. Point being he did whatever he could to make it right as fast as possible. I wish I had more vendors like him.\nRandy is often pretty busy and can't make it to the phone, but stop by his shop, you won't be disappointed.\nDylan\n

Excellent customer service and advice. Asked about our broken stove. Was honest about all options. Helped us for free...to see how it needed to be fixed and that it would be better to do something else than what we had planned. excellent customer service and help. will be going back there

If you decided to use this company, be careful. We had a horrible experience with them. They did 2 fireplaces for us. They gave me a price over the phone we had discussed installation. When we got the units delivered it turns out the installer is a sub contractor and his installation was not included in the price. The overall price was then a little higher than our other bid. I made the mistake of not getting the bid in writing. We then had an issue with getting the sub contractor back after the units were installed and sheetrock was done to finish the job. After several calls to the owner, and the sub, I finally gave up and installed all of the trim myself.\r\n\r\n
