Red Robin Gourmet Burgers

I despise the managers. They dont listen, they dont think, they dont care. They were terrible to my family and apathetic of our misfortunes. stay away

Everytime we eat here we have a great experience. An excellent place to bring the kids! The srvice is always curteous and the food is always great. 2 thumbs up!

This resturant is not responsible at all. I paid with a credit card and the server took it to the the register, a lengthly time went by. I asked for my card They could not find it, I was upset but did not make a big issue, as I should have. Finally after I returned home ( still no card ) the manager called to say they had found my card. I returned to the restaurant only to be treated very rudely and given an envelope with ten $1.00 coupons, which you could only use one per visit. I called the credit card company and told them I refused to pay the amount charged to my account. Will not recommend this place at all.

all u can eat fries and some of the best ever
smoothies in las vegas.

Great food and service. Fast and courtesious service too. Huge variety of items on the menu. Great family atmosphere and great value. Television monitors all through the restaurant.

We are always greeted with a smile and asked how we are. We have never had to wait for a table and the waitresses get to know you and remember you when you come back. The food and drinks are very good and we always have prompt service. The prices are very reasonable for the amount of food you get.

We just went there for lunch, and the food was good... however, when my husband recieved a refill on his soda, it came back in a dirty glass. I don't know if it was lemon pieces or what, but something gross was sticking on the glass, and there wasn't a lemon in his drink.

Our waitress seemed to have forgotten about us. We were waiting for a while for our dessert and check and to tell her about the glass... we weren't too pleased.

The food is very good, except it can take too long at times to finally get your food. the atmosphere is upbeat, and the staff seems to always be cheerful. i would recommend the fish and chips!

When family or company wants to go out this is where we go. The service is almost always fast and friendly. We go at least once a month. Only been slightly dissapointed with service once. Waitress let us sit 20 minutes before taking our order. Had to have one of our party walk over and remind her we were still waiting.

I almost always get the california chicken sand. Always juicy!!
But the last 2 times the bun got soaking wet. Don't know if it is from chix or the pickles.

Our kids and their friends love it too, but it is bordering on pricey. Lets keep prices in check.

CONS: Spendy, our avg. for 5 people is $60 without booze.

The family loves to go here. Its fun for the adults and kids. The food is good and the food servers are prompt and friendly. I recommend the crispy chicken burger with fries and chocolate shake. They also have special seating for those with babies in a carrier. Great family restaurant.

The food at this Red Robin is great. The service is a bit slow on busy nights, but overall it's good. The waitpeople are nice, and quick on the refills. My only complaint is the noise. It gets a bit noisy in there during peak hours.

We love the burgers the most, but haven't had a bad meal yet. It's a bit noisy and is always packed with families with kids. My daughter loves it because she can get a ballon, as well as a kids menu with crayons. The service is friendly and prompt. If you're looking for a quiet atmosphere, this is definitely not the place for you.
