Lovesac Galleria

We ordered 2 sacs, a moviesac and a citysac back in May 2008. The website said it would take 2 weeks for delivery and that everything was in stock. We finally received the sacs 4 weeks later. The covers came a few days later. When we opened the citysac we found that it was a moviesac size. So we got two moviesacs. After many phone calls and emails of which I had to be firm and disgruntled in order to get a response, they said we could keep the moviesac at no extra charge and just send back the cover to get a replacement size. It's now almost 8 weeks after placing our order and we still have not received the corrected cover. I have not received an update in the 2 weeks that I have been waiting for a new cover. The estimated delivery times are not at all accurate. After spending $700 you would think I wouldn't have to call and email several times a week to get a call back or even a status update. The products are great, but the customer service staff needs to be extended from one individual to a team so they can better assist with errors. I have never had a company be so lacking in customer service for such a high end product.

We bought a Lovesac a few weeks ago and we absolutely love it! It is so comfy and it was worth every penny! I suggest that if you are in the market for a Lovesac that you visit the store in the Desert Passage at the Aladdin instead of the one at the Galleria.

The staff at the Galleria was pleasant, but not at all helpful. (I mean come on, we're about to spend $400 on a beanbag!) They answered our questions in the briefest manner possible and seem more concerned with the bunches of mall rats lounging in the store than us as paying customers.

The Desert Passage staff was much more attentive. I definitely recommend them over the other location.
