The Greatest Day Of Our Lives

by Julie M.

We married in April 2009. We booked 12 weeks in advance and received help and support from Marianne our Wedding Planner.
Upon arrival at the Chapel we were introduced to Jerry our minister. He talked to us before the service and we were able to use our own Wedding vows.
My flowers were beautiful. Everyone at home has commented on how great the flowers, Chapel, grounds and photographs are.
The ceremony was lovely. It really felt personal to us.
Our family and friends were able to watch live and for 24 hours afterwards. Nobody had problems viewing.
Joe our photographer took 133 photos. We decided to buy the copyright CD for $495 as we couldn't choose from them. We have been able to copy the CD as well as make prints and enlargements for family and friends. It is worth buying the CD.
We had a great Wedding Day. We did the strip tour package which I would also recommend. We would like to come back in the future to renew our vows.

Poor customer service

by Amy H.

My husband and I just returned from getting married here. The wedding was great, but no one at home was able to view the live broadcast (or even view it afterward), which was supposed to be included in our wedding package.

When we called to complain, the manager told us that the video had been available and she couldn't re-broadcast it. We had 50 friends and family members attempt to watch it and no one could. The video had not been available or wasn't working. After much arguing, she relented and said that although it's against policy, she would post the video for 24 hours. We were able to view it last night with our family and I sent the link out to all who had wanted to watch it live, letting them know it would only be available until noon the following day. However, I just checked and it's once again not available and it hasn't even been 24 hours.

I will not recommend this chapel to anyone. Making the video available doesn't cost them anything and for the inconvenience and disappointment it cost our family, they should not only have made it available online, but sent us a free copy of it.

Excellent

by P L.

Everyone was amazing! We had our wedding here in April and we are still in love with this place. The Coordinators, Minister, and Photographer were all wonderful. I also made all of my plans through their website and had no problems at all. Never felt pressured into anything and was very thrilled with my experience.

Dropped the ball at our wedding

by P. J. | insider_expert Insider Expert | Rank: 2,488

This is definitely one of the prettiest chapels in Las Vegas, and as far as that is concerned, we had no regrets. Our wedding, however, was messed up. Apparently, the staff had no idea we were coming, despite us making reservations online weeks in advance. The webstreaming was started 30 minutes late, our Elvis impersonator never showed, we were shoved in a room where they tried to hard-sell photograph packages (which, after it was delayed for more than 24 hours and supposedly "lost", did not arrive in the mail, because they had put the wrong name and address on them); even the congratulatory paperwork they gave us had typos on it. On the bright side, the photographer we worked with was a very charming and likable fellow. But we'd tell people to try either the Viva Las Vegas chapel, which is supposed to be a lot of fun, or one of the drive-throughs.

Most Beautiful Wedding Chapel

by Arlene J. | insider Insider | Rank: 13,359

We had our wedding here in December, 2003. I had checked out several wedding chapels and the Little Chapel of the Flowers is the most beautiful Wedding Chapel in Las Vegas.
We brought our own priest to perform the ceremony, which was broadcase live on the internet, so that our friends and family across the country and overseas were able to be there with us. The flowers for both my attendants and me were absolutely gorgeous and the photographer, Diego, was outstanding; we were extremely happy with our pictures and were proud to show them.

PROS: Beautiful chapel and grounds, great photography and flowers
CONS: None

Not a happy wedding day!

by AlisaS456

To recap all that happened to us:
we were mislead, things were not explained clearly, we were not double, but triple charged for the services, our rings were forgotten, it was hard to pick out over 20 decent photos out of 90 promised (we are good models, I promise=), our names were mispronounces, I got pretty much yelled at by the wedding planner, we were not told about tips that at the end seemed mandatory, and we were late to our own wedding. Oh and I forgot the fact that we could not view our photos for a WEEK after the ceremony, which were promised to be available the next day. Now this is a hefty paragraph of bad.

I would not recommend this chapel for anyone who expects intimate, elegant and legendary from Chapel of Flowers. Thank you for reading guys!

Pros: nice location, potential for good service

Cons: forgot our rings, mispronounced our names, horrible photos,

The Greatest Day Of Our Lives

by juicyjucordon

We married on 3rd April 2009. Every member of staff we delt with made us feel like we were the only couple marrying that day. From the minister Jerry, the limo driver David to Marianne our Wedding Planner. We paid for the Limo Strip tour package but ended up buying the copyright CD when we came back to view our photos the next day as we couldn't choose 40. We wanted them all. The chapel included all 133 6x4 prints plus 10 enlargements. It only cost $495 and since getting back to England we have used the CD to print photos and enlargements for all our family at various shops. They also included the slideshow of our photos which plays on our pc.
We have nothing negative to say about the chapel. We had a great Wedding Day. We married at 4pm on the Friday and were the only couple having pictures taken in the grounds after. It felt really personal. Not rushed at all. We would recommend getting married here.
The Chapel will also organise James from Glamsquad to do your hair and makeup if you ask. It's worth it as he does a fantastic job.

Pros: Everything was fantastic

Dont Get the $495 Picture CD - a Waste

by mirandann

Well I too search for serveral places to get married in las vegas and finally decided to get married at Little Chapel of the Flowers in Feb 09 . everything was just as i expected, ceremony & grounds were nice ExCEPT the picture CD. i called several times to discuss pictures since my parents were only attending the ceremony. i wanted nice pictures to show off to other family & friends. when they heard i was getting married in las vegas they assumes a typical las vegas joint. we decided too get the $495 CD which includes all the pictures plus 4x6 prints. WRONG IDEA. the whole purpose to get the CD was be able to make prints elsewhere. the girl working also suggested the $495 package was the best option. we went down to Target, Wal-Mart, HEB, Sam's Club, etc and everytime i inserted the picture CD.. NOTHING HAPPENED. so basically i spend the $495 to only be able to see all the pictures on my computer and email to friends. IF i would have known this, i would have choose a less expensive package option. VERY DISAPPOINTED with the $495 PICTURE CD!!

Pros: Nice Ceremony & Grounds Very Clean

Cons: Picture CD

Everything was perfect!!

by dece62

Our wedding was on December 12, 2008. We had to do everything long distance because we live in Oregon. Every contact that we had with Little Chapel of the Flowers was positive. We arrived in Las Vegas on Thursday night and headed down the strip to go to our consult appointment with great trepidation due to the fact that every chapel we passed looked seedy and awful. Low and behold, Little Chapel of the Flowers!!!! What a wonderful surprise when we arrived. Stella gave us a tour of the chapel that we would be married in, the flower shop and the photo shop. Fortunately, my flowers weren't made up that night or I would not have wanted to leave them. I think they were the most beautiful wedding flowers EVER! Thanks to Whitney for helping make them so special. I don't know who actually made them up but, great job! Many people in the airport and on the plane home commented on them. One woman on the plane chased me back to our seats to ask about them (I carried them all the way home).
Kate, our wedding coordinator was just as sweet as could be and very helpful on our special day even though we were probably the 100th couple (exaggeration I?m sure) she helped that day.
Our minister, Jerry, was very nice and helpful as well. Mark, the limo driver was a lot of fun on the way down the strip. Joe, our photographer, YOU ROCK! We bought the CD of all of our photos because they were so great!
What a great value for everything!
Our wedding was so much better than we expected! Thank you! Thank you!
We would encourage anyone that we know to get married at Chapel of the Flowers!

Pros: Absolutely gorgeous grounds and chapels

Cons: They were running a little bit late
