We got married at The Chapel of the Flowers. I didn't really know what to expect having to plan everything over the phone and through e-mails. It was perfect! It turned out better than I could have imagined. The staff was very sweet.

For some brides, this is exactly what they want. The package gives them control over costs, someone else doing the hard work and planning in the run up, so you can relax and enjoy the day as you intended.

I found the Chapel online while trying to plan my wedding from the back country in West Virginia. The website and live chat was amazing!! I planned my whole wedding through chat with my wedding consultant Heidi. I got married 2 weeks ago and everything was just as we had planned. The day went by without a hitch! They are like a well oiled machine. Everything runs right on time but with a personal touch. My pics were amazing, cake was delicious and service was impecable. I would say if you are getting married in Vegas THIS chapel is a must!!!

We were married on Wednesday 3rd August 2011 at the Chapel of the Flowers in Las Vegas and we can??t speak highly enough of the Chapel. We found the chapel on the internet and fell in love with it straightaway. We contacted the chapel and were put in touch with Archel (wedding planner). We spent the next 12 months emailing back and forth from England about what they offered and what we wanted. Archel was incredibly professional, polite, and efficient and never let us down. We didn??t feel pressured into adding more services to our package but was informed about everything they could provide. Archel put our minds at rest as we had never seen the chapel and wouldn??t until days before our wedding. When we arrived in Las Vegas from England we visited the chapel and finally met with Archel. As soon as we arrived we knew that we had made the right decision and our wedding was going to be the best day of our lives. The actual chapel and the grounds are much better than the wonderful photographs on their website. Archel took us on a tour of the chapel and ground and we even visited the flower shop and photo shop. When we saw the Victorian chapel I cried! It was perfect. We went away feeling amazing. On the day of the wedding the Limousine driver (George) collected my dad and I on time from our hotel and even helped me carry my long dress! When we arrived at the chapel our photographer was waiting for us to get out of the limousine and started taking the photographs. I was shown into the chapel and the photographer (Mike) explained how he was going to work. During the ceremony he made himself completely invisible and he and his colleague took the most beautiful wedding photographs I have ever seen. I was aware that there was a bride having her photographs taken in the grounds when I arrived and another bride and groom in the chapel before us, however, I was made to feel that I was the only one getting married that day and it certainly didn??t feel like we were waiting in line. I felt special and cared for by the staff. I met with the minister before the service and he put me at ease. The service took 10 minutes and it was amazing. The minister has us in tears with his beautiful words and vows but also laughing with joy. We had 20 guests from England with us and they were also full of emotions. We had the same number of people watching from England on the website in the middle of the night and they have all said it was the best wedding they had ever seen. Most people watched the service more than once! The minister (Al) really made the service extra special. He was serious when needed and funny when it was appropriate. The perfect balance and I will cherish the way he made us feel. After the service our photographs were taken and we were so pleased with the service we received from Mike. We went away with our unity candle, the DVD of the wedding and a message and rose which my father-in-law had arranged for us as sadly he couldn??t be there. We were then taken to our reception by George at the Platinum Hotel (which the chapel had arranged) and we were blown away. The location, the view of the strip, the presentation of the room, the service, the food and drink and the overall hotel was absolutely incredible. We couldn??t have asked for anymore. The following day we went back to the chapel to view our photographs and choose the 32 which were included in our package. However, they were so incredible we ended up buying all 446 photographs. We didn??t feel under any pressure to buy more but they were so amazing we just couldn??t leave them. Mike is a brilliant photographer and he made us look fantastic in the photographs. The day went just as we wanted and I really would urge anyone who is planning a Las Vegas wedding to hold theirs at the Chapel of the Flowers.

We couldn't have picked a better chapel!!! The entire experience was fantastic. We rented the Magnolia Chapel which holds about 20 people. It was in the middle of July (21st) in the middle of the day so I was nervous about my hair and makeup. The limo service was fantastic and the entire chapel was beautiful! The pastor who married us was great and asked questions about us to make the wedding feel like our own, not just a generic wedding. I think my favorite part though was the photography! Emil did a FANTASTIC job. We went into this just wanting to do something inexpensive, but once we saw all the photographs, we bought the CD with copy rights. I didn't care for the "suggested tips" --I rather have that included in the price to be honest.
My husband and I had the best day of our lives. We strongly suggest it!

I chose Chapel of the Flowers because of their reputation. Now come to think of it, all the rave reviews are for their "quickie weddings" that flow like clock work for them. (No offense, I wish I went that route now!) Not for a $5,000 Grand Canyon wedding that takes much more planning and preparation which they failed miserably at. The only reason why we went to Las Vegas was to: get married at the Grand Canyon and have Chapel of the Flowers take care of our wedding from start to finish with no stress or worries for us. On our wedding day, the limo driver was late. He started taking us back to the Chapel instead of taking us to airport. Also, they forgot the two most important things that were suppose to be riding in the limo with us: Mike, our photographer and my bouquet! We had to go back to the Chapel to get them anyways. We missed our 1:30PM helicopter flight and had to have our flight rescheduled to 2:30PM. OK no big deal. Helicopter ride was awesome! My custom bouquet was what I asked for, simply beautiful! Our wedding was perfect. So, I was happy. We touch down in Vegas, there was no limo waiting for us. We were stranded at the airport for 30 minutes waiting for the limo. Mike (the photographer) was baffled as well. But he saved the day by taking photographs of us while we waited. He was cool so we tipped him well. All and all, happy for the most part. Then later that evening I get a called at 7:00PM from the Chapel "bad news there was no audio on your wedding video. We think the Minister accidentally turned the volume down instead of up. We can edit it- put subtitles and music." Basically, blah blah what's done is done there's nothing I can do for you. We watched the video... What a joke! It was like a movie from the 1920's. OK I just spent $5000 on my wedding and I received a video with no audio of our wedding vows. How upsetting. I'm still devastated to say at the least. I spoke to the owner. I knew he wasn't going to do anything nor did he care. This is a business and they're in it to make money! The owner kept saying that they forgot to collect the $250 for the Minister's fee from me so they will have to pay the Minister the $250 fee for me. I paid whatever was due in full! It's not my fault if they forgot to charge me $250 after the fact. Plus, why should I pay the Minister if it was his fault that we had no audio on our wedding video? I didn't get all bridezilla on them when I really wanted to! I don't have it in me since I work in the customer service industry and also own a business as well. Luckily, our photos came out beautifully in comparison to someone else??s Chapel of the Flowers wedding photos at the Grand Canyon. Thank you Mike for going above and beyond for our wedding photos! For all their SNAFU- all I got in return was $200. Is $200 enough for never being able to hear our wedding vows ever again?

Business Response:

Thanks for such an honest review. As said before, we??re truly sorry for the trouble you & your husband fell upon. We??ve since fixed our site to direct couples wanting to book a Grand Canyon Wedding to call our offices. We strive to make all of our weddings as easy & stress-free as possible, but there are so many details with the Grand Canyon weddings that we need to have actual dialogue to truly make it perfect. I??m glad to hear that the wedding itself was most enjoyable & beautiful-you deserve that & the memories- & we??re glad to hear Mike was able to capture that & make the most of your extra time at the airport. We??re sorry about the audio & have put standards in place so this doesn??t occur again. We??d like to make this up to you- maybe the next time you come to town, you can return to the Chapel & renew your vows? We offer this free to all our couples that were married here, but we can make sure to include a free video DVD & roundtrip limo for you as our way to make it up to you. We realize this is the most special of days & don??t want you to have a soured memory when you think back on your wedding experience. Congratulations, & we truly wish you & your husband all the best.

My granddaughter was married here on March 12, 2011. We felt like a herd of cattle the way we were "escorted" from one place to another, following another group and being followed by another!! The minister "forgot" that the couple had written their own vows, first saying he didn't know it and when discovering that he did know it, offered to "do it over again"!!!! Since the video had already been out to friends and family, that would be a waste of time! The limos were 1/2 hour late in picking up the bride and groom from the hotel and then one limo delivered its passengers to the wrong place for the reception!!!
The ceremony was disrupted by two photographers standing and constantly moving on the altar in front of and behind the bride and groom ALL the time during the ceremony ---very distracting and even appearing in the video!!! For the money that was spent on this wedding, it was a farce!!!! Don't do it if you are thinking about it!

Thank you for the review, Deena. Congratulations on 10 years of marriage! We're so happy to hear what a wonderful experience you had with us and would love to have you back for your vow renewal! The ceremony is free to all couples who have been married at Chapel of the Flowers and we have some great vow renewal packages if you want to go big! Looking forward to seeing you once more...
.

To recap all that happened to us:
we were mislead, things were not explained clearly, we were not double, but triple charged for the services, our rings were forgotten, it was hard to pick out over 20 decent photos out of 90 promised (we are good models, I promise=), our names were mispronounces, I got pretty much yelled at by the wedding planner, we were not told about tips that at the end seemed mandatory, and we were late to our own wedding. Oh and I forgot the fact that we could not view our photos for a WEEK after the ceremony, which were promised to be available the next day. Now this is a hefty paragraph of bad.

I would not recommend this chapel for anyone who expects intimate, elegant and legendary from Chapel of Flowers. Thank you for reading guys!

Pros: nice location, potential for good service

Cons: forgot our rings, mispronounced our names, horrible photos,

We married on 3rd April 2009. Every member of staff we delt with made us feel like we were the only couple marrying that day. From the minister Jerry, the limo driver David to Marianne our Wedding Planner. We paid for the Limo Strip tour package but ended up buying the copyright CD when we came back to view our photos the next day as we couldn't choose 40. We wanted them all. The chapel included all 133 6x4 prints plus 10 enlargements. It only cost $495 and since getting back to England we have used the CD to print photos and enlargements for all our family at various shops. They also included the slideshow of our photos which plays on our pc.
We have nothing negative to say about the chapel. We had a great Wedding Day. We married at 4pm on the Friday and were the only couple having pictures taken in the grounds after. It felt really personal. Not rushed at all. We would recommend getting married here.
The Chapel will also organise James from Glamsquad to do your hair and makeup if you ask. It's worth it as he does a fantastic job.

We married in April 2009. We booked 12 weeks in advance and received help and support from Marianne our Wedding Planner.
Upon arrival at the Chapel we were introduced to Jerry our minister. He talked to us before the service and we were able to use our own Wedding vows.
My flowers were beautiful. Everyone at home has commented on how great the flowers, Chapel, grounds and photographs are.
The ceremony was lovely. It really felt personal to us.
Our family and friends were able to watch live and for 24 hours afterwards. Nobody had problems viewing.
Joe our photographer took 133 photos. We decided to buy the copyright CD for $495 as we couldn't choose from them. We have been able to copy the CD as well as make prints and enlargements for family and friends. It is worth buying the CD.
We had a great Wedding Day. We did the strip tour package which I would also recommend. We would like to come back in the future to renew our vows.

My husband and I just returned from getting married here. The wedding was great, but no one at home was able to view the live broadcast (or even view it afterward), which was supposed to be included in our wedding package.

When we called to complain, the manager told us that the video had been available and she couldn't re-broadcast it. We had 50 friends and family members attempt to watch it and no one could. The video had not been available or wasn't working. After much arguing, she relented and said that although it's against policy, she would post the video for 24 hours. We were able to view it last night with our family and I sent the link out to all who had wanted to watch it live, letting them know it would only be available until noon the following day. However, I just checked and it's once again not available and it hasn't even been 24 hours.

I will not recommend this chapel to anyone. Making the video available doesn't cost them anything and for the inconvenience and disappointment it cost our family, they should not only have made it available online, but sent us a free copy of it.

Well I too search for serveral places to get married in las vegas and finally decided to get married at Little Chapel of the Flowers in Feb 09 . everything was just as i expected, ceremony & grounds were nice ExCEPT the picture CD. i called several times to discuss pictures since my parents were only attending the ceremony. i wanted nice pictures to show off to other family & friends. when they heard i was getting married in las vegas they assumes a typical las vegas joint. we decided too get the $495 CD which includes all the pictures plus 4x6 prints. WRONG IDEA. the whole purpose to get the CD was be able to make prints elsewhere. the girl working also suggested the $495 package was the best option. we went down to Target, Wal-Mart, HEB, Sam's Club, etc and everytime i inserted the picture CD.. NOTHING HAPPENED. so basically i spend the $495 to only be able to see all the pictures on my computer and email to friends. IF i would have known this, i would have choose a less expensive package option. VERY DISAPPOINTED with the $495 PICTURE CD!!

Our wedding was on December 12, 2008. We had to do everything long distance because we live in Oregon. Every contact that we had with Little Chapel of the Flowers was positive. We arrived in Las Vegas on Thursday night and headed down the strip to go to our consult appointment with great trepidation due to the fact that every chapel we passed looked seedy and awful. Low and behold, Little Chapel of the Flowers!!!! What a wonderful surprise when we arrived. Stella gave us a tour of the chapel that we would be married in, the flower shop and the photo shop. Fortunately, my flowers weren't made up that night or I would not have wanted to leave them. I think they were the most beautiful wedding flowers EVER! Thanks to Whitney for helping make them so special. I don't know who actually made them up but, great job! Many people in the airport and on the plane home commented on them. One woman on the plane chased me back to our seats to ask about them (I carried them all the way home).
Kate, our wedding coordinator was just as sweet as could be and very helpful on our special day even though we were probably the 100th couple (exaggeration I?m sure) she helped that day.
Our minister, Jerry, was very nice and helpful as well. Mark, the limo driver was a lot of fun on the way down the strip. Joe, our photographer, YOU ROCK! We bought the CD of all of our photos because they were so great!
What a great value for everything!
Our wedding was so much better than we expected! Thank you! Thank you!
We would encourage anyone that we know to get married at Chapel of the Flowers!

Pros: Absolutely gorgeous grounds and chapels

Cons: They were running a little bit late

Everyone was amazing! We had our wedding here in April and we are still in love with this place. The Coordinators, Minister, and Photographer were all wonderful. I also made all of my plans through their website and had no problems at all. Never felt pressured into anything and was very thrilled with my experience.

Prettiest chapel in Las Vegas. I have seen them all and none compare to Little Chapel of the Flowers. They really take weddings seriously and make each wedding special. If you are comming to Las Vegas you have to get married here!

Pros: Great grounds, nice staff, very nice photos

Cons: Not the typical Las Vegas Wedding chapel if you are looking for cheesy

This is definitely one of the prettiest chapels in Las Vegas, and as far as that is concerned, we had no regrets. Our wedding, however, was messed up. Apparently, the staff had no idea we were coming, despite us making reservations online weeks in advance. The webstreaming was started 30 minutes late, our Elvis impersonator never showed, we were shoved in a room where they tried to hard-sell photograph packages (which, after it was delayed for more than 24 hours and supposedly "lost", did not arrive in the mail, because they had put the wrong name and address on them); even the congratulatory paperwork they gave us had typos on it. On the bright side, the photographer we worked with was a very charming and likable fellow. But we'd tell people to try either the Viva Las Vegas chapel, which is supposed to be a lot of fun, or one of the drive-throughs.

We had our wedding here in December, 2003. I had checked out several wedding chapels and the Little Chapel of the Flowers is the most beautiful Wedding Chapel in Las Vegas.
We brought our own priest to perform the ceremony, which was broadcase live on the internet, so that our friends and family across the country and overseas were able to be there with us. The flowers for both my attendants and me were absolutely gorgeous and the photographer, Diego, was outstanding; we were extremely happy with our pictures and were proud to show them.

PROS: Beautiful chapel and grounds, great photography and flowers
CONS: None
