If you have a computer and need a repair, this is the place for you. I have a Toshiba laptop that was repaired once under a Best Buy warranty (More on Best Buy in another review!). This laptop developed the same problem again. Best Buy refused to repair it saying it was out of warranty. I took this laptop to another shop and they told me that it would be $300 just to diagnose the problem. I did some research on the internet and discovered it was a known problem with Toshibas and there had actually been a class action suit. The result of this suit is that the Tosbiba warranty was extended. I took my laptop into Advanced Systems as they were the authorized repair service. I had all my information in hand. They did not need any of the information, just the serial number of my laptop. They were completely aware of the problem and told me it would be 1-2 week to order the part and repair. They called well within that time frame and had the laptop back in working condition. The person who returned the laptop had actually been the technician and he told me that the laptop had not had the part replaced, as Best Buy had indicated on the receipt. The contacts had merely been cleaned. He told me that he replaced the part and explained what he did to insure the problem will not return. It's hard to find a reliable computer repair service, and this one was fantastic. I will use them for any future repairs.
