In ShortThe main dining room is decorated with dark cherry wood paneling, prints depicting hunters and wild game and multitude of deer and bird trophys. All the steaks are aged in a glass-enclosed case for 21 days and grilled over mesquite to impart a smoky flavor. Meals are served with sides such as bread, broccoli and garlic potatoes. Last night in Vegas, got comped a meal here. Sure wish I had tried it before then!!!
Excellent food, excellent atmosphere (dark, candlelight, hunter green walls) great service and great wine list!!!!
Expect to pay about $100 for two for dinner with cocktails, appitizers and main course. An excellent value for a nice romantic dinner!
Tip: Don't let the name of the casino fool you!!!!!

This place is the best! It is inside of Circus Circus in case you were wondering. They have gigantic aged steaks for a pretty fair price! I will strop here atr least once on every trip!

An outstanding steakhouse inside of a casino (Circus Circus) that most would not bother to even visit.
Parking, which is very poor, is the only real drawback.
Inside will remind you of a 40's-50's style restaurant. But remember you are going for the steak. There are many other places with a view

We have been going to The Steakhouse for about 15Years. Even before we moved here.
We always got great service and great food.
I belive they age their beef longer than most of the steak house in town. Great place!
