The service is adequate, barely. Then they waited almost 18 months to bill me what the insurance failed to pay. when I questioned the charge they immediately sent my bill to a collection agency.
Bad form for any business, hope your s fails.

My 8 year-old son recently had surgery and had to go through months of physical therapy. We went to Kelly Hawkins and Associates 3 times a week for his therapy and they were absolutely fantastic! They are all so great with kids, not to mention adults. Every member of their staff, from receptionist to therapist, was a joy to be around. They were all so nice and friendly. My son had to take them all cookies as a big THANK YOU! He went from being very discouraged about his physical limitations to almost 100% recovered and full of confidence. While all of the therapists deserve a big round of applause, Corey and "Spivey" were my son's favorites. I highly recommend Kelly Hawkins and Associates on Howard Hughes Parkway to any parent that wants to ensure their child has the best experience possible in what can be a very trying time. Thanks a million guys!
