Old Navy

I know why I only go to this store one time a year. This place is so dirty it makes you want to walk right out. Which is what I do. The staff is not helpful, if they are in your way when you want to look at a rack of clothes they stay in your way. Clothes are all over the floor, mixed up on the shelves and the store is just dirty!

I went to buy my son new jeans, and I couldn't find the newborn sizes. I asked an associate, and she acted like she couldn't be bothered to help me find them. She basically pointed me back in the direction of the Infant clothes, and said they were over there. I had already looked over there, but I decided to leave and spend my money at a place appreciates the business.

Old Navy is a great place to shop,yet some of their styles are not really my taste. This business defintely keeps busy whenever I do decide to purchase something the lines are a mile long. Maybe a bigger staff is in order.

The place is always messy and busy. If you are courageous and in a good mood, feel free to venture in. I find decent clearance stuff for my husband and daughter, but I always make sure I have tons of patience when I go. The checkout line is a nightmare.

Is always messya dn unorganized. They dont get very much new merchandise very ofter, and when they do it is hard to find because the clothes are all over the floor and in messy piles.

This was my first time at an old navy store and i was not impressed. I had seen their cheesy commercials on tv and could not believe i was about to step into this store. The clothes was ok but i did not like the set up of the store and the was they had their clothes folded on tables. It seemed a bit confusing and disorganized as i walked through the isles.

I have been in to this particular store about 3-4 times in the last 6 months. Each time I go in the store is very messy and things are impossible to find. I don't know if they are short staffed, but the place is just a mess. There are clothes on the floors, clothes buring other clothes, etc. The staff is very friendly, but the checkout lines are horrendous especially on the weekends. You will easily wait 20-25 minutes to check out. It takes me longer to buy the clothes then to pick them out and try them on.

We went back to school shopping and O.N. never dissapoints. We have been there when the store was totally trashed from 100's of shoppers, but if you get the courage uo to sally forth, you can still find what you need.

We just went there today and there were tons of staff. Everyone was so friendly. They were probably getting ready for the big rush of hurried parents and teens. We have a certain amount set for each kid and we did really well, came out with socks too!!!

PROS: Friendly, good bargains
CONS: No plus size womens

Old Navy on Rainbow Blvd. is a great store to get cute and comfortable clothes. They often run sales, where you get 30-40% off items. A draw back to this store, is I often find them to be very disorganized. Clothes are in wrong places and hard to take a clothing item off the rack due to the coat hangers being all connected together by not being organized. Sale tables with clothing on them are thrown all over, not folded, so hard to dig through.

This store, like many Old Navy stores was very messy. Clothes were just thrown into piles on long tables. Sizes were very hard to find. The clearance area is a complete chaotic nightmare with clothes on the floors, thrown over the rack, and barely hanging on hangers. Front cashiers move very slow and a few are actually kind of creepy. I've had more than one very unwanted conversations with checkers that want to fill me in on their gross personal things. If shopping here, I wouldn't recommend bringing small children as they might get lost in the clothes piles and keep personal conversation to a close at the checkstand to avoid any embarrassing situations.
