I had a representative come out to my home when my heater quit working this winter. I was told that the problem was a very expensive computer board that needed to be replaced. I decided to get a second opinion and found out this wasn't the case. In fact, the service man actually took out one of the fuses so that the heater wouldn't run at all anymore. The second company was able to get it fixed at a very reasonable price.
