They had excellent customer service. I was treated like a top priority customer. The hairstylist was fantastic. I showed her what I wanted and walked out looking like a model.

Don't get your haircut here unless you want a mullet. The staff was very rude, and they didn't want to fix my hair after they gave me a mullet. Again, DONT GO HERE! I paid a butt load of money for a really really bad haircut. These people don't care about you, they just want your money.

Ok, so maybe I've never had a uni-brow, but I still go to this Euphoria for an eyebrow wax every now and then. I've been to a couple of aestheticians here and both have been very friendly and did a nice job. I have noticed that the prices have gone up for eyebrow waxing up to about $17 or 18, but it's still not too bad.

I've also had a shampoo/haircut here with the same hair stylist that my wife always go to, but as a guy, I don't think that it's worth the price and I usually just go to Supercuts instead.

Besides the salon/day spa services, their retail store for products and supplies is pretty good with a lot of variety.

I received a gift certificat to Euphoria for a massage at the day spa, but could not go because of a medical condition. The staff at the Sunset Road spa was very clear about their concerns and insisted on a doctor's note in order to give the massage. I thought this was very responsible of them. I ended up used the gift certificate for a haircut at the Maryland Parkway location instead. I thought the salon was a little crowded and noisy. Though the hairdresser was very friendly, I wasn't all that happy with my haircut. Additionally, I thought it was just too expensive for a haircut that was just okay. I used up the rest of the money on my gift certificate, but would not spend any other money there.
