Chaudhery Ismat Md - Mountain View Pediatrics

I was seen my Dr. Chaudhery as a child and felt she was extremely nice and a great person. I now have two children on my own and as several of you stated her staff are rude and need customer service training or another job. I had an experience with one of her staff members violating the hippa law and I brought it to the office manager attention. Next, thing I know Dr. Chaudhery came in the office and said I don't really care for my staff either write a letter and I will be glad to take it. Then my son had an allergic reaction to the medication he was given that day. I called the office to make them aware of what was going on they put me on hole for 20 minutes. Then I hung up because I was at work. My mother then called and they told her that they called in new medication. So I called to pharmacy the prescription was never called in. Then I called Dr. Chaudhery office again one of her staff members yelled at me and said it was called in a hung up. So I ended up taking my son to the emergency room the prescription was never called in. I made a follow up appointment with Dr. Chaudhery. Once I got there they told me I could only see the Nurse Practitioner. Once I saw her I demanded that I see Dr. Chaudhery I gave her my letter and she read it and told me if this is how you feel maybe you should see a different doctor. Then the Nurse Practitioner came back in and told me after today Dr. Chaudhery will no longer be seeing you're children. No matter what state you are in there is no excuse for people to be rude.

I have been taking me children to Dr Chaudhery for almost 8 years now. I love her I am a single parent with 6 kids. I am alway able to get appointments right away. I have never been treated poorly at all I love the staff. I am also a firm believer in treat people the way you want to be treated,. So maybe the complainers should look to themselves. I have never seen the staff act poory. I love Dr. Chaudrey and Recommend her to all my friends. Keep up the good work!!

The doctor is nice, nothing special I think but we were going there for 5 years. The gatekeeper in the office is HORRIBLE. One would think that this was an auto repair shop the way I was treated after 5 years. I was refused service after 5 years due to the website for my insurance being down. After arguing with the woman in the front I was then sent a registered letter stating they would no longer see my children AFTER 5 YEARS WITH NO ISSUES. I was not allowed to speak to the doctor and I do not even think the doctor was aware of it. GO ELSEWHERE IF YOU WANT A GOOD DOCTOR AND GOOD SERVICE. I was told that billing insurance was done as a courtesy!!!!!!!!!!

Not worth it!! What happened to the Hippocratic oath?She should hire normal people. When a child is sick parents can be frantic and need calming down. The staff needs training and the doctor shouldn't hide behind them. To much evidence that this is money making business. Go to a different doctor, you have a choice.

Dr. Chaudhery has been a very knid woman to our child. However we have had problems with the staff, I can say that I believe its because of Las Vegas in general and It seems that people can be rude. Overall, the doctor will love and take care of your child.

dr.chaudery is the doctor my daughter sees there she is very nice and helpful she always makes sure a parent understands what needs to be done so their child gets better.

Dr. Chaudrey is the best. For one she is very knowledgeable and willing to answer all your questions. My son when he was less than a year old had all kinds of respiratory problems and she ruled out every possibilty and every avenue of treatment until one worked. Granted I wanted my son better like yesterday but I was glad she was that way. I am always able to get an appointment right away and the staff is great. The only person I don't really like is the main nurse she's a little rude but overall a wonderful office of people.
