Pet Servant

I will never take my dog to any other groomer!! Ann and her staff are the best. My dog has never come back traumatized and for that i will make the 26 mile round trip!!

After going to a few groomers here in Vegas, although I have been living here for 1 year or so , Pet Servant has done what I wanted for. Although I am not a fan on shaving my dog, but because of the heat, I had to. They did an amazing job at shaving her as per my request and she looked beautiful, with that lovely touch they did on her face.
It was a raw request and they did a perfect cut to my little yorkie who now looks like a miniature Doberman (that was my request, that was what I was looking to see).. I am gonna see the next time when I request for a different cut.. So far I love these people at that place... Don't judge by the cover, judge by how your dog reacts when you get it back, my dog for the 1st time was happy and she wasn't mad at me as usually after a Vet or groomer,..
They are ok price wise, not cheap, but fair/average, but your dog won't hate you when you get it back, that's priceless..

Ann is an awesome pet lover and fantastic groomer. She really cares for the animals and treats them with such kindness. She has help with rescuing pets and boarding those who need some extra time to find there forever home.

The staff at Pet Servant is just phenomenal! They are always able to get my dogs in on my schedule and the dogs just love it there. They are treated well, and come out from the back so proud of themselves, all pretty and clean. Pet Servant does a great job and I will not go anywhere else!

I'm so glad to have found Pet Servant. I had to be out of town for 3 weeks around the holidays. I didn't want my dog to be cooped all that time. I also didn't want my dog to be traumatized because he has never been away from me for that long. Pet Servant was the best place I found to ease my apprehension. Anne, the owner, was the best. My dog and I went to go check them out a couple of days before I checked him in. She and her staff genuinely care for the animals that stay there and have been so very helpful. She has references, gave me the tour, answered all my questions and addressed my concerns. My dog was still the same lovable, happy dog when I got him back. He had his yearly comprehensive exam a couple of days later and is completely healthy as well.

The facility is VERY CLEAN and smells fresh unlike other boarding facilities. The dogs get playtime and have the best sleeping "quarters." Dogs stay in fairly large pens not small kennels like those in most vet boarding, which is great. Pet Servant provides nice, comfy beds and bedding for its guests. I live in Southern Highlands but I would drive out there again to board my dog. I highly recommend them and they are reasonably priced. I was very happy with their service.

I think that having to leave a pet in a boarding kennel can be cause for worry. We have had horror stories in the past about places we have left our dog at. So I was a bit concerned when we recently flew to Oregon and had to leave our little dog. But once I visited THE PET SERVANT my mind was put at ease. I could see just how much the workers there loved animals. They gave me a tour of the facility before I decided to make-up my mind. The kennels were very clean.It also smelled good. It did not have that "doggy" smell. The dogs looked well cared for. They had doors that opened up to the outside with the play are's large enough for the dogs to excersise and they were grass play area's not cement. For an additional fee they will groom your pet while you are away. They have dog food but if you want your dog to have their favorite kind then you can bring that along with other treats.
We brought our dog's favorite toy that they put in her kennel.
They also have a vet that they can call in case of an emergency and they make sure that they have a phone number so they can reach you. The prices are a little high,$45.00 a day but our dog is worth it. If you are going to be gone a long time they do give you a discounted price.
We did learn that they will come to your home and sit with your pet while you are gone. I would like to afford the really "plush" animal hotels here in Vegas but since we can't this is a good second choice.

PROS: CLEAN KENNELS. ANIMAL LOVING STAFF
CONS: PRICES A LITTLE TOO HIGH

We took our "knot ball" to Pet Servant. This cat was a total mess. They were professional, thorough and most importantly we got a cat with no knots. The people were great. Highly recommend for cats.
