Pep Boys

My husband and I have always taken our cars to PepBoys for services or repairs. This store has made mistakes during repairs and even forgot to put coolant in my car after servicing my Air Conditioner. When I asked them to take a look and that my car was getting hot, they refused on more than one occassion. Now because of the last repair, that they did not do correctly, they are asking me to pay for the same repair again!!! When I told them about it, they said that the warranty for that repair was up, and that they wouldn't help me even though they said that the problem my car is having now is due to a mistake they made! This store has terrible customer service, and they do not stand by their workmanship. They've done it to my 3 out of 3 times. I will NEVER go back to this store.

Theres a ton of reasons for a woman to go to Pep Boys but the best one is, I don't feel out of place there. I can find what I want, or even order a part, get my car serviced and feel confident of anything they sell, or service. Great place.
