Avoid this one. Small dingy dark rooms, that have a horrific smell. The drapes smell; the carpet smells, the bed itself smells. Noisy - If you're a light sleeper, forget it. And if you do get to sleep, be ready for early rising with the helicopters warming up next door at the North Las Vegas Airport. The surrounding neighborhood is a slum. Seriously, I'm not kidding; I wouldn't stray from the property on foot.

This hotel is perfect if you are spending your days at Lake Mead. It is close and worth the little extra drive (compared to the Hacienda). Charge was $49.00 per night on 4 different trips. Restaurant is good and hotel decor is fine also. This doesn't compare to a Bellagio but for what we wanted it fit the bill.

The Fiesta has an outside section (of Gardunos) that offers $1 bottles and margaritas. They also offer some appetizer-like food for around $2. There is live music on Friday nights and it's always a good time!

BEFORE STATION CASINOS BOUGHT THE FIESTA, YOU COULD WIN THERE. NOW, IT IS JUST LIKE THE REST OF CASINOS IN TOWN. ANYONE CAN WIN AT ANY TIME BUT NOT CONSISTENTLY.

We stopped for just a light dinner and WE WERE SURPRIZED
the new food area was re done and the good was as good as any top star rest.

I had a steak and it was great and my wife had the shrip alfreado and she was in LOVE and great service and we did wait about 10 min yet I'll wait a lot longer next trip in

Away from the strip and in a setting inside the casino you felt like a free standing locations

This is one of our favorite places to go for a buffet. The food is always the right temperature and they have a wonderful variety. We love the brunch on Sunday--all the crab legs and shrimp you can eat. I am a seafood lover, and it is really good there. My husband loves everything and hasn't found anything he didn't like. The service is usually pretty good, however, sometimes it takes a while for the server to clear the dishes off the table.

PROS: Excellent buffet, especially on Sundays.
CONS: Wish they had crab legs during the week.

WHEN WE FIRST ARRIVED IN LAS VEGAS WE STAYED ACROSS THE STREET FROM THE FIESTA. WE WOULD WALK ACROSS THE STREET OFTEN & VISIT. WE FOUND THAT THE BUFFET WAS EXCELLANT. THEY HAD WONDERFUL CHOICES OF FOOD AND THE SERVICE WAS GREAT. THE WAIT STAFF WERE GREAT TO US. MY HUSBAND ENJOYED SITTING AT THE BAR AS THE BARTENDERS WERE VERY NICE & FRIENDLY. I PLAYED THE SLOT MACHINES AND WON A FEW SMALL WINS. WE BOUGHT OUR HOME FURTHER FROM THE FIESTA SO WE HAVE NOT GONE BACK MUCH BUT WE DID JOIN THEIR SLOT CLUB AND THEY GIVE AWAY VERY NICE PRESENTS. THE TIMES THAT WE DO GO BACK WE NEVER WIN ANY MONEY..NO MATTER WHAT MCHINES WE PLAY..BUT THEN IT IS A STATION CASINO OWNED BUSINESS & WE HAVE LEARNED THAT YOU VERY SELDOM ARE ABLE TO WIN AT THE STATION CASINO'S.
BUT FOR SOME REASON'S THE LOCALS SEEM TO LIKE THIS PLACE..I GUESS IT IS BECAUSE IT IS IN THEIR NEIGHBORHOOD & THEY DON'T HAVE TO DRIVE FAR TO EAT OR PLAY. AS I FIRST SAID THE BUFFET WAS VERY GOOD AND THE GIFTS ARE GOOD BUT DON'T GAMBLE THERE IF YOU WANT TO AT LEAST WIN ENOUGH TO STAY FOR AWHILE

PROS: GOOD BUFFETT, NICE GIFTS
CONS: NOT MANY WINS ON THE MACHINE'S

I found this casion to be laid back, no hustle and bustle. A place to just enjoy a quite dinner in one of many resturantes, which we found to be good food and great service. Great prices. The staff was friendly and curtious. I'd reccomend this to my friends.

Found their rooms to be quite nice. Nothing special but clean and comfortable. The maid service was good and all the staff seemed quite nice and helpful. Their Mexican restuarant is really good. If you like to gamble their slots are pretty tight. Again this is another Station Casino.

I stayed here one night while moving from one home to another. That's all it took to know I'll never stay or recommend anyone else stay here. There was construction going on just outside our room all night long. We called to complain and they just told us there was construction going on. Duh! We knew that. I told them I wanted to change rooms and they offered to move us up a couple of floors, but in the exact same spot. It wouldn't make a difference, it was that noisy. I'm not one for asking for freebies, but in this case they should have offered something.

PROS:
CONS: NOISY room stay!

It is called GARDUO'S Mexican Resturant, it is the best Tex-Mex in Las Vegas, their Fajata's are the best and the food is plentiful! The prices are resonable and it is really fast, you have a grand menu for choices, but my favorite is their Fajata Express it is buffet style and you get allot of good choices and you can go back as much as you want, the only thing on the menu I think isn't great is their salad bar, it is not very big on selection, it is allright for the basics... Their is enough waiters and waiteress on staff and they are bilugual and very nice and accomidating to the largest party of people, and another plus it is in Las Vegas not on the Strip! So the traffic and the people are really nice and fun!

I like the Fiesta because of the $2-4 limit poker. I have honed my skills there. The staff is terrific...I know them and they know me by name. It's a good spot for locals. The hotel isn't shabby either. Although that 29.99 special they advertise is NEVER available, even on a Tuesday!

I recently had to make a quick trip out to Vegas with some other family members when my cousin passed away. My uncle's fiance made all the arrangements and we were promised four rooms total. Some of my relatives arrived before us and picked up there three rooms. That left the one room for us. By the time we got to the hotel after first stopping off at my uncle's house, we found that they had given away our room (which had been near the other three). We were upset not to be with our family, but the hotel did give us another room on the first floor. Because of the situation, we could care less at that point but it would have been annoying if we had been on a vacation.

Each person in the room was given a key card to access the room portion of the hotel and the room itself. This is a great idea for this hotel because they have a casino, two restaurants, and two bars that are open to the public on the ground floor. It would not be good to leave the hallways of the hotel open for the public to roam.

Each room that we had was clean and well-maintained but looked like any other hotel room. It had a dresser, table, two chairs, and two double beds and nightstand. There was also a working television that we didn't get much use of. There was a small vanity, mirror and sink next to the small alcove used as a closet. The only complaint that I have is that the shower head was way to low. I had to either bend over and hurt my back or crouch down and hurt my knees to clean my hair. My 6-foot tall brother and uncle's had to get down on their knees to wash their heads.

The maids cleaned the room and left fresh towels every morning, so the service was good. The casino and restaurants were open when we needed them to be and were also clean and well-maintained.

If I ever need a room on a vacation and am on a tight budget, I probably would think of this hotel again. But otherwise I would probably stay at the more popular/expensive hotels next time.

PROS: clean, well maintained, casino in hotel, rooms separate from public area
CONS: hotel gave away room and separated us
