I checked this out because it seemed like a better option than Panda Express, but it wasn't really. At least I recognize Panda Express food as generic Americanized Chinese food. I don't know what this was.
The menu seems to have a pan-Asian thing going. The blazing noodles, as described, sounded like Thai drunken noodles. They turned out to be oily rice noodles in a sauce that was spicy but had no real flavor. The tofu and veggies were pretty good, but of course coated in the same oil and sauce. Bleh.
On the up side, the service was fast and the price was low for a huge amount of food. Oily, badly flavored food, but I am full (and a bit queasy).

I went tp pick up dinner there last night. The person who waited on me even brought my food out to the car when he saw me carrying my infant in her carseat. The food was delicious. I just wish it was closer to my house!
PROS: Great food, competetive prices
CONS: NONE

The food is tasty. The menu is really easy. You pretty much pick the meat, fish or veggie and then select the sauce. The fried rice is really yummy. The prices are reasonable and the staff is friendly. I also saw that they opened a new location in Summerlin by Costco.

I've been to this establishment a couple times and have been pleased with the food each time. The prices are reasonable for the fresh dishes they turn out. The kitchen is right over the ordering counter so you can actually watch them cook your food to order. They also don't use MSG which is a plus.

I was taken to this place for dinner and the food was really good and the portions were huge. The only downfall is that the place is set up badly and it became extremely cramped. But again the food was good

the food at pei wei is one of the best i have found in las vegas. its a resonable price with a lot of quantity. everything comes a la cart and leaves you with lots of left overs to spare. the people are so friendly and make sure all your needs are met.
PROS: the friendly service, and the cost for quantity.
CONS:

Pei Wei offers a delicious variety of asian quisine at excellent prices. My favorites are the Ginger Broccoli with beef and the Lo Mein Noodle Bowl with chicken. They offer both white and brown rice. As a nice touch they offer lemons and peeled oranges to add to your water or just as a refreshing treat. The decor is very appealing and the music offers a hip ambiance. The service is fast and the people are friendly. If you are in the area give them a try. It's quite worth it. Enjoy!

A faster spin-off of PF Chang's, the food is great and the vegetarian items are noted. For those watching their carbohydrate intake, aske for vegetables instead of rice.
PROS: fast, healthy
CONS: not enough vegetarian options...no vegetarian lettuce wraps :(
