I went here with a friend. The food was cheap and simple, but tasty. It wasnt too crowded and we got a table right away. The staff were a bit eccentric, but they made everything all the more interesting.

I love Yaffa! I always have. It's definitely one of my fave 24-hour spots. The food is so yummy (love the hummus and the berber chicken). I always have a good time there. I've turned a good number of friends onto this place and they rave about it each time they go.
PROS: Food, price, service
CONS: Can be crowded at times

I can't figure out how this plays stays in business. I have been sorely disappointed by the food, the pricing was too much for what is offered. Service is non-existent! It's as if you're bothering them to do their jobs!!! Nothing infuriates me more than ppl who don't care about their jobs. I was a waitress/server before and this was just BAD. Compared to McDonalds, this place is a DIVE.
PROS: matchbook condoms
CONS: poor service / food

24/7 kitsch
by Kim S.
this is one of my first new york finds in the east village. the interior is 100% kitsch and cozy + they have a nice backgarden in the summer. never been dissapointed by the food. i like the brunch and the late late night, after hour stops.
