First of all they don't transfer calls to the parts department. Tony in parts is always unprofessional & condescending. He laughs when he speaks to you. He and others there often provide misinformation. When ordering a specific part from a dealer it is customary for the parts person to advise you that in addition to the part you are ordering you will also need......something. Not them. They would assume have you call back the next day, once the vehicle is apart to order another part, and laugh at your inability to order it the first time you called. On the flip side of that they also have a habit of telling you that you need a part unnecessarily. Like today, I needed a right rear axle seal, and was told I will also need a new wheel bearing (it had just been replaced) I don't need a wheel bearing. And he tells me this all while laughing at me. It's just bizarre. I've been a customer since 2001 and have officially stopped using them. They don't deliver either. Instead of treating me like a customer that they want to please and go above and beyond for, they treat me like trash with their condescending attitude every time. I now do all my business with a much better Suzuki dealership across the river. It's a shame that I can't keep my business local but Rallye Suzuki Parts can not be relied on. I think it's the whole culture there. I have dealt with many parts people there over the years and they all seem to acquire this same attitude. As if they're trained to be jerks.

I bought my Chrysler Town and Country from Rallye in August 2006. 1 month later the van was back in the shop because it had a major water leak that took several months to repair. April 2007 the van would not start, it was towed into the dealership and they replaced the battery, the service department told me that I did not drive enough so the battery would not recharge. The van has been towed into the dealership 4 other times since than because it would not start. They have replaced all the plugs and wires, and the ignition relay sensor several times. Chrysler and Rallye feel that there is no issue with my van because they keep fixing it. I however feel they can do more considering this is my 4th chrysler vehicle in 5 years. Needless to say that when my lease is up on my 2007 Ram I will not be going back to Rallye or Chrysler. And that is no BUPKIS.

I bought a car at Rallye & found the salesman to be very helpful & The repairs I needed done were very speedy & top notch! They really want to keep you a satisfied customer! They are very easy to get to from several towns which is nice but they could update the show room a bit to make it easier to see all the cars they sell. They have a large selection of cars to choose from & they are well stocked.
