I think it is a good place to buy last minute items without having to go to a supermarket and i think it beats a 7/11. It is family run and the owners are there from 7 am to 10 pm. My kids call it the chicken store because when they were younger they loved putting quarters in the game where the chicken lays the eggs with a surprise. When the blackout occured a few summers back i was not able to get money out of the atm machine and needed some candles, and ice etc. and they allowed me to take the merchandise without paying. Needless to say i paid them back and have never forgotten that action...

This place is disgusting. It is dirty and smelly. The clerk doesn't get off the phone while you are trying to buy something. They are very difficult to understand. They sell all types of cold cuts and I can't imagine they are very fresh. I would be scared to eat anything that came from behind the counter. It is ashame when you visit a local business and they don't even appreciate it.
