This is a terribly run business. The salespeople treat you like absolute dirt and want to make you think you know nothing about buying a car.
They wont deviate from their process whereas buying a car should be a process that is a little different for everyone.
I wanted to make a cash deal on a car. They only wanted to talk about monthly payments and where I worked, etc. No one would give me a cash price for the vehicle I wanted to purchase.
This is only AFTER the rude salesmen told me to turn right back around as they didnt have the specific vehicle I was looking for and "good luck anywhere else" as opposed to accommodating me with a "similar" vehicle.....
The manager even got involved and got very irritated that I didnt want to play the"let's talk about monthly payments" game.
Im not usually a fan of car dealers in general, but these guys are the absolute WORST!

2005 Toyota Matrix with 178,000 miles

Engine check light came on, was showing 2 codes (I have a POS scanner, local mechanic got the same 2 codes). Took vehicle to Burdick, repair was $200, plus they had some other things they found that should be taken care of, so we said yes for a total bill of $800. So far so good.

3 weeks later, engine check light came on again, still showing one of the 2 codes displayed earlier. This repair was $2000. We got the same mechanic that "missed" this code for first repair, not sure how he missed a part, that had to be removed to fix the other code, that was that close to complete failure. Now we wonder what else he's missed, and when we can expect the next problem.

If we had been told about the cost of this repair on the first visit, we would not have invested this much money in a vehicle with this many miles.

It might have been helpful if the people taking information about what is wrong would actually listen. But they basically ignored anything we had to say that wasn't billing related

We were pissed and it showed at the second repair, so they were 'nice" enough to give us a loaner. The guy who had an appointment after us, that was told he would get a loaner, didn't get the loaner. they gave his car to us. Yeah, we know the guy.

This company's only concern is how much money they can get out of you. They are pros that know the game and have the advantage. Pick another shop

Made the first offer on a vehicle just taken in on trade, had funds ready for purchase, Lee Smith, a salesmen in the porsche/burdick dealership, said he would put offer on manager's desk and call me with results later in the day. I never received a phone call that day, I called him the next day several times, and when he phoned me back, he left a message to call him back and I was not able to get in touch with him. At this point, I contacted his manager, Terry Smith, and the vehicle was in process to be sold to somebody else by Lee Smith - the same salesman that I put my purchase offer in with first. The vehicle has since been sold to the other person. More than a week has gone by and I have not received a phone call from Lee Smith with an apology for his unprofessional and selfish behavior.

I bought a 2009 Toyota Yaris from Burdick Toyota back in August of 2009..I was a little hesitant on buying a car from them to begin with because I had heard unsatisfactory things about them in the past.BUT,I bit my tongue and bought there anyways.I recently got into an accident two days before Thanksgiving and took the car to the Toyota Collision Center to get repairs done. After two weeks of them having my car, they called me and told me it would be ready. Then right before I went to pick it up they told me they found something else wrong with it.They called me back a few days later, then told me something else was wrong. This happened three times. The fourth time, they told me there was something wrong with my driver's side door.FINALLY...a MONTH later(two days prior to Christmas),they told me my car was ready.I went to pick it up and they slipped and said that their plow guy hit my car!!!Got into my car, started driving down the road going 35mph and I couldn't keep the steering wheel in my hands. They told me it wasn't their problem, tried refusing to give me a loaner, and weren't going to fix the problem.I FINALLY just got my car back and here it is the 28th of December. So far so good..BUT,I would definitely not recomend Driver's Village to buy a car at or get repairs done. They are down right rude, and the lady Deana that works in the Collision Center is a complete PSYCHO,that needs to be put into place because she thinks she is the best thing since sliced bread!!!DO NOT BUY OR GET REPAIRS DONE AT DRIVER'S VILLAGE!!!!!!!!!!!! THEY'RE HORRIBLE!!!

Bought a 07 Audi A4. From a sales man named Joe. Really nice helpful guy. Didn't try and talk us into spending more didn't try and talk us into all the worthless stuff they push right before you sign the contract. (undercoat, paint protect interior protection) We didn't get as much in for our trade in that we where hoping for. They haggled with the price pretty well. We ended up getting the price of the car dropped a few hundred and a few hundred added to the trade in for a total savings of roughly another $1,000.00. It is a certified pre-owned Audi. So we were able to get a new car interest rate saving us thousands of dollars. Also certified gives you an additional two year 50,000 mile warranty on top of existing factory warranty. Other dealerships offered us more of a trade in but higher interest and NO extended warranty. Again even tho the trade in was lower we still saved thousands in the long run over many other places. This is our second A4 from drivers village will continue to purchase our vehicles from them.

In response to a few of the reviews posted so far, I would like to bring to everyones attention a few details about Driver's Village. For one, if you are having a bad experience with Burdick Hyundai, please be aware that although physically connected to the complex, Burdick Hyundai is in fact owned by a family member of Roger Burdick's, not Roger Burdick. Second, sales consultants at any of Roger's store, DO NOT WORK OFF GROSS COMISSION. Therefore, they aren't going to try and squeeze money out of you, how much you purchase the car for has absolutely zero effect on the sales consultants pay. Each car they sell counts as 1 point towards a volume bonus, they dont make any percentage of the vehicle itself.

I leased a Camry at Burdick Toyota about a month ago. The price was great, the service was great and they were very helpful. I leased a car from a sales representative who was not pushy and worked with me on a price that was suitable to me. I would lease from them again in the future.

Please save yourself the stress and headache, DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!!! Of course, they are great when they want you to sign the dotted line, and they tell you everything you want to hear, but after that you might as well forget it! My husband and I purchased a 2011 SONATA...the tires are shot and the car has 2,000 miles on it!!!!! Its brand new and they have had our car for a month now!!!! A MONTH! They refused to provide us with a rental because they told me "Its not their problem!" HORRIBLE DEALER! Disrespectful! Its a shame. Please save yourself the hassel...its a big headache and the customer service is horrible. Tim Bresche was our salesman and he filled our ears with a bunch of lies! He personally told us not to buy rental coverage on our car insurance because they would take care of us...like I said..anything it takes to get your money...

Burdick Hyundai at Drivers village was excellent! I drove from Rochester to Syracuse to purchase my Elantra at the the best price in three cities. Not one number changed when I got there and the price I was quoted out the door was exactly what I paid. Tim Premo was great and responded accordingly to all my questions (used the internet department). There was no messing with numbers. A smooth transaction and shockingly great experience.

I went to Drivers Village last week, and boy, can you say "overwhelmed"? There were so many dealerships there that I didn't know where to start. The salespeople hovered too much and were obviously more interested in upgrading me to a more expensive model that listening to what I wanted.Color me unimpressed!

This place is awesome! They have many car dealerships as well as other places of interest, like nascar simulator, a gym, and coffee shop. While you get your car worked on their is a child play structure inside where the kids can play while you get something to eat or drink.
