Originally worked up a monthly payment of less than 300.00 on a used vehicle. Within four days of getting the run around, him not returning calls and general poor follow-up, the payment had skyrocketed to over 410.00...This guy will work you like a rented mule if he thinks you want the car bad enough. After we requested our deposit back he went "ghetto" on us. Rude, nasty and trashy.....Stay Clear...There are plenty of places in the area to spend your hard earned money....

Within four days of getting the run around, him not returning calls and general poor follow-up, the payment had skyrocketed to over 410.00...This guy will work you like a rented mule if he thinks you want the car bad enough. We apologize for the confusion. Unfortunately, the bank determines the interest rate on loans based on an individual??s credit. Throughout the negotiations, the price of the car never changed and the customer was provided a full refund.

DO NOT GIVE THEM A DEPOSIT!!

The staff was rude. They acted like they were doing me a favor by selling me a car.
I was supposed to be given back my deposit when I picked the car up 2 days after I gave them a check, but it was conveniently ?locked in the vault?. In reality they had already CASHED IT. This was not our agreement.
Every time I call I?m sent to voicemail, and no one has ever called back. I did get a check from Nissan, but this was not our agreement. I would have been fine if someone just acknowledged me and apologized.

I say i will think about it. they lower the price they give me more options i finally settle for a 8 year 120,000 mile warranty. I find out a month later the warranty is void if you use your car for ANY commercial use. I TOLD THEM I WAS USING THE CAR FOR COMMERCIAL USE. They sold me a useles warranty. Good thing i cought it early or a few years down the road i would not be able to cancle and get my money back.

There are many different warrantys and unfortunatly you were offered one that does not work for a vehicle with commercial use. Bought a used minivan & I was told it would be cleaned when I picked it up, it was disgusting when I picked it up & had to bring it back several times to get it done right. Calls went unreturned, until a friend helped me out and made some calls.
When it was finally cleaned it looked better but who as a customer wants to go through all that stress after spending all that money?
