Windsor Park Swim Club

I called the Windsor Park office to get information on their pool club and the woman who answered the phone made it seem like I was out of my mind for inquiring about a pool membership when it is January. All I was interested in was a ball

Was not thrilled with the pool - D.J. played outdated music and was abnoxious and annoying. There was not enough lifeguards on duty so you could not use the deep end of the pool.

This club is terrific. The pool and the grounds are immaculate. The staff is friendly and accommodating. On the weekends there is Bingo, a DJ plus live bands. Costumed characters welcome guests. They offer arts and crafts, exercise classes in the pool and dance lessons under a canopy. Children enjoy the playground and large kiddy pool. There are more than enough lounges and chairs available. Tables with umbrellas are rented for the season on a first come first served basis. Card tables, and small sun umbrellas for chairs, are available for rent on a daily basis. Included in the club are modern tennis and basketball courts. There is a cafe' that offers all kinds of foods like sandwiches, beverages, burgers, desserts and ice cream. The modern lounges for men and women are appointed with granite and include showers and changing areas. Those who are fortunate enough to live in this fantastic community get a discounted rate. Some feel that the price of admission is high. I think the value is there.

I have been to this pool club only (1) time, however I did not enjoy my visit. The staff was unfriendly. The pool was crowded and I felt that it was too expensive. It is also too far from my house. I would not recommend it.

I have been here as a guest a few times. The pool is very large. There are life guards, tables for lots of mah johnng playing. You do have to be a member though. I think the summer (3 months) was $500. Or something like that. It is kept clean and run well.
