Gotta Dance

the class is pretty boring for 5 yr olds. they go in wearing ballet shoes and take almost 15 minutes to change to tap. they should go in with taps on first. there are too many drills and all the girls do is wait in line for their turn and chat most of the class. boring.

My daughter went there for two years and learned nothing...she had a mix of tap and ballet in an hour!! you can not learn any real dancing in a little less than 30 minutes a week, plus take away time to change the shoes. Plus the show is miserable and boring

My daughter took dance at 3 yrs. old at Gotta Dance with Miss Gina. I can not say that I was very happy there. First of all the hrs. for the three yr. olds is too early for them. Ms. Gina, though comes across nice and child-friendly, can be a little short with the children (esp. my daughter). I think that at this age to ask that they stay quite is ridiculous. Lessons could be planned better. Sometimes the dumb stereo didn't work and the girls would get impatient. Oh also, Ms. Lissa's mother who helps run the phote day is not very nice and is short with the parents. You can do better elsewhere for 55 dollars a month. Also, you may not want your daughters to look too grownup in their outfits for the show. Much too racy.

Gotta dance offers a wide range of classes for all ages and skill levels. I have only had great experiences with this dance studio. I love their dance teachers and the children have so much fun and gain a lot of confidence here. Love it!

My daughter has taken dance lessons at Gotta Dance for the last 2 years, starting when she was 3 years old. Miss Lissa, who is the owner, was her instructor this year, and she was wonderful. She made the class so much fun for the kids - my daughter loved going every week. She really knew how to have the right balance between structured and unstructured dance time, so the kids never felt overwhelmed.
