I moved from New York to Florida. George was able to schedule me the very next day and told me i would receive my delivery in less than 6 days..I received it in only 4 days!! The movers were super nice and professional. All my stuff got to Fl in one piece, nothing missing. There WERE some additional charges for packing materials BUT these were all disclosed to me in the beginning so it didnt catch me by surprise. Overall, HIGHLY RECOMMEND :).

I moved from Brooklyn to the Bronx and I was told that I would be charged $430. I specifically asked if this was an estimate, and I was told on the phone that this was an exact price. The move ended up costing $750 plus tip and toll.

While the actual moving process was very fast and efficent, I would have like to be notified upfront about extra fees. They charged for additional boxes (because they said mine weren't sufficient), crates for my two tvs (they wouldn't just carry them w/o being crated by them first), etc...so the fees just kept adding on. The movers actually took pity on me and discounted some of the fees so I appreciated that. My complaint isn't with the movers at all. They were very friendly and professional.

My complaint is with my point of contact Joe. I just don't appreciate not being told the complete truth. Let me know up front what all the possible fees are and then I would have given all 5s.

This week, I used Infinity Movers for the third time in two years. They are fast, careful and courteous. The
movers were also pleasant and spoke perfect
English. This time, I was moving my Uncle's belongings from his home to a Nursing Home
Facility. We had four stops and the job finished
below the estimated time- almost unheard of in this
business! I highly recommend Infinity Moving!

I used Infinity Moving because I had used them before and been very satisfied with the service. This time, I was even more impressed with their care for my belongings. We had to move nothing but few antiques furniture that has been in my family for a number of years. Many of the pieces were over 100 years old. Some of them were very heavy and bulky. I was very nervous about this move because of the fact that we were in business with antiques. An antique china cabinet was my biggest worry because of the bowed glass on the piece. If anything happened to that glass, it would be nearly impossible to replace. All of the pieces would be costly to try to replace or repair if they were damaged in any way ,and all of them held enormous sentimental value to me - so if they were harmed the emotional loss would also be great. When Sean and his crew arrived, I expressed my concerns to them, and they assured me they would be very careful and everything would be ok. They assessed the situation - we weren't moving everything from the house, and part of what we were moving was going to my condo while other items were going to storage. They got to work and began to carefully pack and wrap the antiques and move them carefully to the truck. Each member of the crew treated my precious antiques as if they were their own belongings

John King was my point of contact and was very quick to reply to all questions. He was helpful all the way through the move. I had prepared a spreadsheet with 11 moving companies and he was the primary reason for choosing Infinity Moving. The packers showed up on time. We were told it would take roughly 3 hours to pack up and it was right on target. The truck showed up in Chicago (from NYC) on the day promised and during the time slot given. The truck driver and mover in Chicago were professional and extremely willing to please my daughter. Everything arrived in good shape and I will use this company again.

The only problem I had was with the foreman in NYC who insisted on a tip. When I reported this to Infinity, they offered to refund the tip. The packers worked really hard and deserved the tip, but I didn't like being asked for it.

With the exception of the foreman...I found this a flawless move and would highly recommend this company.

I highly recommend this moving company to anyone moving: house, condo, or apartment.
I actually researched moving companies when preparing for our move from a 3rd floor apartment to a house. Due to a bad moving experience a couple of years ago (bad service and charged us way over what the quote was because we had "heavy boxes") I wanted to check out reviews from previous customers. I found information about Infinity moving on their website, and then read many rave reviews on Google. It had the most positive feedback out the 4 or 5 different moving companies I looked at. I first had narrowed it down to two. Infinity had me fill out a form online, marking the number of beds, TVs, couches, boxes, etc. Then they emailed me a quote, which ended up being around $1500 for 3 movers(moved from NYC to phila). They did not charge any extra for stairs, mileage, or moving us on a holiday . The other moving company actually sent someone out to our apartment to take a look around and give us a free estimate. The guy went to each room and wrote down everything we had....basically wasted about 2 hours of my day off. He then emailed me the quote later which was around $2500. Pretty ridiculous for a small 2 bedroom apartment! We went with INFINITY, and I'm very glad we did.
The 3 movers were great: hard workers, many years of experience, quick, and friendly. They talked and joked around with me, all while working their asses off and stopping only once for a break (which is saying a lot, since our apartment was up 3 flights of stairs!). They ended up setting down the last box at the 3 or 4 hour mark, on the dot. The total was exactly what I had been quoted. My one small complaint was that they showed up 20 minutes late. However, they didn't start the clock until the minute they grabbed the first box.

These movers were really good. I have moved five times in 7 years and have had some bad experiences. I am very pleased from Infinity moving, my move was from NYC to Denver CO ,We got our belongings in a timely manner with very minimal damage. I was pleased and will move again with Infinity in the future, and recommend them to all my friends.

I couldn't be happier with my move with Infinity moving . I was recommended to them by my employer, so I decided to give them a try. I've had several different experiences with moving companies, but this by far was the best.

The movers were professional and friendly. The cost was great, moved my 2 bedroom house from Astoria to DC in 2 days, first day packing day after delivery. they also help me to unpack a little .

I would definitely recommend this moving company. I've had a great experience with them and would use them again.

I guess there are bound going to be a few dissatisfied people with every business, and we're one of them. I researched the reviews before I chose these movers, but somehow I ended up with sour grapes.

I will give 2 stars for the wonderful service we received over the phone. The woman I dealt with was very responsive, detailed, and courteous.

But the actual move didn't go so well:
- they were late
- it took them way longer than necessary to move our items, resulting in a higher cost. Putting the simplest pieces of furniture back together seemed to require a 10 min. argument (in spanish) between the workers on how it should be done. And in the end, nothing was put together properly.
- our wooden furniture were scratched and dented beyond repair. Some areas of the wooden flooring in our brand new condo were also scratched.
- unpacking revealed many broken items that could have only resulted from mishandling the boxes.
- they actually left a few items still taped up and wrapped in moving blankets which required extra work on our part
- I found the movers themselves to be somewhat impolite

I am mystified and saddened that so many others are raving about their services. I wish I had the same experience. I have moved MANY times in this city and they were by far the worst. Would not recommend.

My roommate and I were all set and ready to move ourselves when a week before the move he broke his arm. Suddenly I was left to do it all myself, and there was no way I could. We were basically screwed. Yeah, I suppose I could call some friends but I hate putting people out. And who doesn't hate moving? So with our back against the wall we came to YAHOO to look for moving company, Infinity moving looked like a good option and so I called within minutes they were arranging their schedule to accommodate us. They made things so smooth and easy that I will never move myself again! And the price was right too! Basically we saved money by choosing to move with Infinity because that only the fuel and the rental cost more that what we paid those guys, thanks again to nick my sales guy that helped me and was there for me.

This is my first time using a moving company. I moved the contents of my apartment from New York to Arizona. The move cost me $1400, and it was worth every penny. Everyone arrived on time. The men packed my expensive T.V and it arrived in perfect condition. Delivery was on time as well, and both the loading and unloading of the truck was done in a very quick and professional manor. The price was the exact price that my sales rep Eddie quoted me, and the move itself happened exactly like he said it would. My father will be moving with infinity moving in his upcoming move, and I will recommend this company to everyone who is looking to move. I would like to thank everyone at infinity moving for being as helpful and professional as they were.

Over the phone I was given an estimate of 8hrs to move me from a 2 bedroom 3rd floor walk up to a 4th floor elevator building. I had some time constraints in the move that would have seriously been pushed if they had taken 8 hours or shown up extremely late.
However, they called to let me know they were on their way and showed up exactly when they were scheduled. They started off with 3 guys, but they added a 4th right after they started. These guys had been moving into 1 am that morning and it was obvious they were tired but it didn't affect their work at all.
They took no time in getting started and before I know it all 70 boxes that we had packed were in the truck. I'm not quite sure how they can strap 4 boxes of books to their back and go down three flights of stairs, but they did it over and over again. Then there was the furniture, which they seemed to get down just as fast and without any damage that we could find. Just under 2.5 hours into the move they had completely emptied my apartment and were heading to the new place. Somehow they beat me there and as soon as I got the door open for them they were bring stuff in. They were extremely careful with my stuff on this end and were happy to place things wherever I asked. Sam and his crew were so fast that they were done in exactly 6 hours. This was a very busy moving time(1/30) but that didn't seem to faze them at all or effect their attitudes.

The ONLY minor issue I had with the company had to do with my initial contact. I talked to a guy in the office who told me he would call back. He never called back so I called again and talked to a different guy in the office who took down my info. It took them a little while to e-mail me a confirmation, but I did receive it.If you have similar experiences don't be afraid to call back just to confirm.

Let me start by saying thanks John for the great bunch of guys that you sent to do our move. Jose and his crew completed the move with-in the quote, and were just a pleasure to work with. The experience showed in the way they handled my piano and my grandmothers' antique china cabinet. I used citysearch to find you & I would highly recommend anybody thats moving to call you. I just wanted to take this time to thank Infinity Moving & Storage for making a complicated move easy as pie. After doing some research on movers, I finally chose to schedule my move with Infinity Moving. John made me feel very confident in choosing his service by the way he walked me through the pricing and describing the process through and through. At the last minute, there was a delay in my closing, and I had to put everything into storage. Frantically, I called John, told him my problem, and without hesitation, offered to store my stuff for two days. He seemed more calm than me and my fiancee, which was reassuring. I wanted to thank Infinity Moving & Storage for the excellent service that they provided, especially around the holidays. I RECENTLY MOVED FROM JACKSON HEIGHTS, NY TO PLANO, TEXAS. THE MOVE WAS PERFECT FROM START TO FINISH. JOHN- MY SALES GUY AT INFINITY MOVERS WAS VERY PROFICENT AND THOROUGH IN ALL HIS EXPLINATION. THE QUOTE WAS EXPLAINED VERY WELL AND I HAD NO SURPRISES. BOTH MY MOM AND I WERE VERY HAPPY WITH THE WAY THE MOVERS WRAPPED MY FURNITURE IN NY AT THE PICK UP AND THEN MY MOM WAS THERE FOR THE DELIVERY AND SHE SAID THEY WERE EXCELLENT AS WELL. Review for my daughter's move back to Texas with INFINITY MOVING & STORAGE:

I would like to give a SUPERIOR RATING to all the staff @ Infinity Moving & Storage.
My daughter chose INFINITY to move her belongings from New York to Texas and what a good choice she made.
John King was excellent - his knowledge and customer service was the BEST. I have never dealt with anyone as good as John.
Also, the staff (Avi & Mervin) were extremely helpful to me.....they were great.
The guys INFINITY sent to pack my daughter up and begin the move were absolutely the BEST.
And also, the guys on the delivery side were excellent as well.
All in all.....................this was the best experience I have had with a company in a long time.

I recently moved from lower Manhattan to the Upper East Side. Infinity Moving handled my move and it was a wonderful experience, the movers was simply the best and the experience was unforgetable. The movers were fast, efficient and professional and none of my items were damaged.
I truly recommend Infinity Moving for your move, Infinity have the experience and professionalism to handle your move whether small or large.
The sales staff was friendly and courteous, he helped me in many areas with my move, the pricing was great and the entire move went according to expectation I had no surprises.

Movers were great and very quick. Took them 40 min to load the truck and less than 2 hours to unload and carry everything up 4 flights of steps. Very nice guys and a great job. I would recommend them to anyone. Last but not least the estimate was dead on with the final bill.

I would highly recommend Infinity Movers. In all phases of the process, they had fast, efficient, first-rate service. After a conversation with the office manager, I received an accurate, on-point quote. She had discussed the difference between different quotes, (space v. time) and helped me choose the one that gave me the best price. When I called back to schedule my date, they had it available and had the folks in my area give me a call right away. Those movers arrived as expected. They were able to jump right in with very little direction and get the job done. When one area wasn't packed as they needed, they simply got boxes, tape and made it work. If you expect hard-working professionals for a very fair price, call Infinity today.

I want to thank each one at Infinity for the time you spent responding to my inquiry, the very prompt response that I received and the excellent service that I received. They accommodated the two pickup locations and handle the piano move with experience.

I kind of favored Infinity since I have seen them cruising on the highway. When they contacted me for the move, it gave me a feeling of familiarity. In the end my husband read all correspondence with other moving companies and chose Infinity.

The tipping point was their web site chart of sample moves with personal email addresses for references. I had chosen a random listing which was similar to our move, Maryland to Austin, Texas and emailed that address actually not thinking I would hear back from that person. Not only did I get a prompt reply, but an unscripted endorsement. This is what nudged my husband to pick Infinity from very comparable bids.

Additionally, even though I had said there was no urgency for a fixed date for the move, they came the following weekend. That amazed me. I had assumed a small load would be at the bottom of the attention scale. Regardless of the date chosen, this was an extra hint at customer focused service.

The holidays are over, another year gone by ? I?ve decided to take the time and write this review after my husband and I discussed the move that we had at the beginning of December.

My first encounter with Infinity was with Rev. She was so professional and on top of things. Truly, I've been in negotiations with a number of people in a variety of professions during this sale/move and she topped them all!!!

Then the movers came to pick up my belongings. They were extremely professionals, fast, efficient and courteous. The delivery took 6 days and the crew set the furniture up at our new house. We were so happy!!!

This letter happens to be very important to me. I started calling moving companied the week of October 24th; I called 8 to 10 different moving companies. I chose Top Priority because they stated that they would be able to help me, with four gentlemen on 10/29 @ 8am. They even came to my home to observe the job that was needed to be done. Low and behold I called yesterday to confirm and they said that they could not accommodate me, they didn't even contact me (does that mean no show???)

So I get out my list again and called Rev on the telephone this afternoon, she was extremely pleasant and did her best to accommodate me, unfortunately to the last minute she was unable to help me with her company for moving on the 29th but she was able for set up the move for 10/30.

I want to take this opportunity to say thank you Rev for helping me in my extreme time of need and doing it so professionally.

I am writing to commend one of Infinity's employees, Rev Brayman. For the past several months she has been working with me to coordinate our move from New Hampshire to Florida. This has included the transportation of my husband?s truck.

The reason I chose Infinity Movers was because of Rev?s professional manner, demeanor and rapid response in answering my inquiries. Her performance level superseded all other moving companies I had contacted.

I worked as a Supervisor in a Customer Service Department of this area?s electric company before going into administration with human service agencies such as the United Way. I understand the pressure and stress that customer service positions and handling the public can present.

During the process of this move I have dealt with realtors and their staff, motor home rental companies, utility companies?a multitude of individuals. Rev has stood out from the rest. Thank you for the successful completion of our move yesterday (#83511) from Belvidere, NJ to Eat Elmhurst, NY. I wanted to take this opportunity to put in writing a letter of commendation for the excellent job done.

Under the coordination of Jose, your men arrived well within the window promised; they worked diligently to complete the loading in Belvidere, and were most professional, cooperative, and pleasant through. They were timely in their move to the Queens delivery point, and efficient in the final delivery and placement to the materials.

In all, I was amazed they had completed their work in the time they did. I had expected to have a much longer day, and was pleasantly surprised to find we were done in a more than reasonable time frame. They knew their travel directions well, and were most attentive to the details necessary to complete the task at hand.

Please be sure to commend them on a job well done. If we have similar needs in the future, we would be sure to call Infinity Moving again. We also appreciate your continual availability and response whenever our facilities contact, Jeffrey Andrejewski, needed to speak with you.

You are also to be commended on the final cost of the move being so close to the original estimate ? definitely an asset of your astute business planning. I would like to thank you from the bottom of our hearts for making this move so stress free! Jacob, Derek, cant remember the other guy's name, were so nice, helpful, no complaints, and easy to speak with. I guess it started from you as you were very hospitable, honest, and competent and then it led to your movers who were the same way. Thank you very much for everything. If you can please tell your supervisors that those men, Jacob, Derek, and the other one are hard workers and very competent. Once again thank you and when i move in 2 years I will be calling Infinity again.

Hello,

I am writing this email to say that my pickup with Infinity Moving at Webster, NY on 9/25/07 was above my expectations. I had many items that I was very worried about shipping across the county, including a 50 year old bowling machine that was my father's. They spent over an hour wrapping it in cardboard and than in blankets to protect it on its trip from NY to CO. I wish I remembered the names of the two gentleman that helped me that day, but they where both very professional in their services and took the time to show me that they cared about my shipment. Dan was also very understanding of my situation and relieved the stress of setting up this move with his friendliness, accessibility and great pricing.

I wanted to express my appreciation to Infinity by writing these lines. The movers did a great job in packing, etc. and took very good care of our household goods. The arrival to the west coast was prompt (12 days after leaving the east coast) and the items were carefully put back together in my new house.

Uri...my furniture is loaded and gone. The guys were great. It is/was a pleasure doing business with you all. Please have Dolan call me tomorrow at work ... he said that the delivery will take place the day after tomorrow (Friday). I just wanted to thank you guys. I received excellent service from your company. I just had all my furniture and a valuable guitar shipped to Scottsdale, AZ from Mt. Vernon, NY.

The driver Stephanie and her partner did a fabulous job moving all my stuff in quickly and efficiently.

Stephanie kept me updated on when they would arrive in Scottsdale and I really appreciate that. Her and her partner (I cant remember his name, sorry) were very courteous and a pleasure to work with. I know lots of people are quickly to complain, and my move went so well I wanted you all to know what a great job was done.

My name is ------------------Stephanie Devries and we moved last May from Brooklyn to Maplewood, NJ. I?ve been meaning to email you since we moved, but there have been so many things going on with the new house, kids, etc. I just wanted to let you know that we were soooo happy with the move!! It truly was the best thing about moving and the best money we spent last year. We were so amazed at how fast everything moved and the guys were very, very nice. I recommended Infinity to all my friends who moved last year and they (Fran/Mark Bossier and Bob/Anna Windsor) both used your company and were also very, very pleased.
