Hey Jack O,

You must be a relative of Farone's to get such good treatment. Between him and his agent Aubrey Guri they play the bait and switch game with their lots. You give them your deposit and then all those available lots you picked won't accommodate the house you picked. Then they pick the one and only lot that will accommodate your house. They must have been used car sales people in another life.

We echo the sentiments of the first review as our experience with this builder has been less than favorable. Throughout the building process (as well as after the sale) our correspondences between the builder representatives, sales agents, and various photographs of the issues we have encountered have been documented. We will gladly share our experiences and show potential customers our documented correspondences and photographs. Just ask!

Potential buyers should do their research before purchasing a home from this builder. Visit several of the builder??s developments and speak with several homeowners about their building experience as well as the customer service after the sale. Most customers will not be candid with their experiences with this builder (good or bad). Speak to several customers and then make an informed decision.

As for our experiences, we will never recommend this builder to anyone.

I don't understand the negative comment. Tom Farone & his staff built a great house for me and my family. They completed all "punch list" items in a reasonable time and also threw in some extras.
Like everything, there are many different experiences & sides to stories.
