G & G Sealcoating

Unreliable is an understatement - My neighbor and I coordinated having our driveways sealed together - presumably to save us all some costs and help G&G out as well. Neighbor just called and said my driveway was not on their schedule and they won't do it - after all the prep I have done. I am livid and will not recommend them

Terrible service. Had an appointment Monday 8/19, no show,no call. I called next day and was told they would come over, they got behind. No show or call again. Promised for Wednesday 8/21, again, no show or no call. No return calls either. Got through this morning to someone, and she said they would be right over. We only live 1/2 mile away from their office. Rec'd callback told we were given the wrong price of $96.00, it will be $151.00, over a 50% increase. Plus, they now cannot come out until Monday. Cars have been outside for 4 days already. No one bothered to tell me about the price increase the few times I did talk to someone the last 4 days.. Would not recommend them

G&G were scheduled to come Saturday "anytime between 7:am and dusk". They called at 8:30 pm and said they ran out of sealer and would be back first thing Sunday. It's Monday at noon, and no sign of them yet. (although several other driveways in our neighborhood were done over the weekend).Our cars have been parked on the lawn for three days for nothing. I know other people who have had this same issue. You're better off calling someone else.

got a written flier quote of 69 in the mailbox the other day. said to call within 7 days to get 10% off. I did... scheduled an appointment and when they came they left a message that said they couldn't do it for that price. it would be 120 something. the lady said they must have placed the wrong flier in my box. shady place. wont ever call them again!

We had an unfortunate cloudburst after G&G sealed our driveway last year. When I called to explain that the sealer had splashed on the siding and ask what I could use to clean it off the owner told me she would send someone over within 24 hours to clean it. A young man came the next morning and was very pleasant and helpful. G&G also went the extra step to send me a coupon for the following year. Excellent Customer service!!! We are loyal customers. Thank you.

G&G widened the driveway of the wrong house...mine. It took six days for the owner to return my calls, and I received no apology for their error, only the comment that "mistakes happen." I did receive, however, repeated rudeness from her. G&G informed me that they would send a professional landscaper to sod the area. That has not occured. The "repairs" have been done shoddily (seeds and rocky soil) and contrary to what was promised. They trespassed on my property, caused damage, and I am yet to be made whole. I continue to spend time from work trying to get them to rectify their error.

We hired G&G Sealcoating to put a brand new six car driveway in a few years ago and they did an excellent job. The price beat all of the other quotes we received. We also use them every year to reseal. We have been very pleased with their service. They always have a very fair price. Thanks, G&G!

These guys were in and out in a flash, and my driveway took the brunt of it. Instead of cleaning, they just brushed real quick. Left multiple stones on the surface and sealed right over them, when removed, there old dirt that was supposed to be removed is still there! They pay the workers by the job so the unskilled labor treats it like a race and you'll wind up taking the brunt of the carelessness. Very Very Dissapointed!

I have to give G & G an unsatisfactory vote. We had a scheduled appointment. They rescheduled it to the following week TWICE! Then, they came when there was no appointment and left a frustrating message on our answering machine because there were cars parked on the driveway. You should have told us you were coming G & G!! We won't be calling you again.

We have used G&G sealcoating a few times to tar the driveway. The prices were very attractive. They work quickly. They were a little sloppy the last time through.
