AWESOME! GREAT SERVICE! VERY PROFESSIONAL AND PLEASURE TO WORK WITH. I contracted with them for two events so far - one was for a bus for 55 people and an assistant to help direct this large group, as well as a private limo service a week later for a small group. Everyone in our company had great things to say about the experience and would definitely recommend them and use this company again!! A+++

I had an absolutely flawless experience with Madison Avenue Limousine!! Jim and Daniel were incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, professional, prompt, and accommodating throughout my entire experience. They made me feel valued as a customer, and their transparency on every detail of the contract put my mind at ease. No surprises, just supreme service and a fabulous limo!

Our driver, Sal, was punctual, cheerful, friendly, and accommodating!! We were out in NYC celebrating a birthday, and we really wanted to cruise the city and stop at a few hotspots. He gave us a perfectly timed tour of the city, and he did it with a big smile. He cleaned the limo for us, and stocked it up with extra ice and a cooler. Between the gorgeous Infinity limo, and Sal - we had SO much fun! And when it was all over, there were no surprises on the final bill.

I HIGHLY RECOMMEND using Madison Avenue Limousine. You won't find a friendlier crew, a more stress-free experience, or a more beautiful limo! Excellent service the entire way through!

Bottom line: DO NOT be deterred by the slightly higher price of Madison Avenue Limo. Chances are, when you are renting a limo, it is for a special event that you want to go EXACTLY as planned. When you choose Madison Avenue you can be assured that it will be perfect in every detail.

I recently proposed to my girlfriend on a trip to NYC. I had a complicated, multiple destination evening planned and wanted the limo and the entire evening to be a complete surprise. I had called other companies but after speaking to several I just wasn't confident that they were going to be able to deliver exactly what I wanted. Then I talked to Daniel at Madison Avenue. From our first moment on the phone I was confident Madison was what I was looking for. Madison was more expensive than other companies, but for such a special occasion I thought it was worth it to be confident all would go precisely as planned. It turned out to be a great decision. I contacted Daniel via email on several occasions prior to the 'big event' with changes to the itinerary and other details. He was always willing to alter the plan and was meticulous in ensuring it was carried out to perfection, down to the last detail. He even made suggestions, including an post-engagement night-time drive through the city with champagne, which ended up being a highlight. On the big night, all went exactly according to plan. The limo was beautiful, the driver punctual, friendly and attentive. I was able to sit back, relax and enjoy myself. After the proposal, the driver was nearly as excited as we were. We could tell he was sincerely happy for us. I also found out later that Daniel had personally watched the surprise pick-up from across the street, just to make sure the evening started well. He had also offered to call and confirm my reservations for the lounge and restaurant that were part of the evening and, having connections at each, was able to help me request a preferred table.

Pros: attention to detail, personal service, extra effort to make sure your evening's perfect

Cons: slightly more expensive...but WORTH IT given the pros

I proposed to my girlfriend in JFK airport and had a limo pick us up to whisk us away to several destinations. Obviously, this was an incredibly important evening, and it was important that every last detail was worked out and followed through precisely. Jim Monahan, the owner of Madison Avenue Limo, was incredibly patient and generous with his time in helping me plan for this occasion. The driver, Eric, was courteous, agreeable, and on time. The limo was stocked with Veuve champagne just as I had specified, and Eric knew all the stops (and timing) without having to be reminded - which contributed greatly to the elegance and suspense of the evening.
I had called around to several other limo companies before settling on Madison Ave. While the other companies were all similarly priced, Madison Ave had a level of customer service, attention to detail, and agreeableness that made them the clear first choice for me.
Highly recommended for any special, memorable occasion - these guys will get it right.

You don't have to worry about anything from cars, to service, to personnel when using Madiison Avenue Limo service. Friendly , prompt, reliable service. I used them for a wedding and they gave me good advice so that I didn't spend more than I had to and the service was excellent. They go the extra mile for you (pun intended)

Jim and his incredible team did a spectacular job with my 200+ attendee group. The arrival and departure transfers were flawless. Madison Avenue Limo went above and beyond with executing our group movement from the hotel to an off site venue and back. I was overseeing the meeting's transportation remotely and Jim kept me informed of the group's progress at all times. From start to finish our group received A+++ service!!!

I can't wait to work with them again!!!!!!!!!!

I had called a couple of place and hung up midway through each one of them I had sort of a complicated order for my girlfriend's birthday. When I called Madison Limo - I spoke to Jim - which will be the most relaxed and at ease business man you are going to find. I was immediately relieved. Jim actually said my plan of pick ups was going to cost me too much money and to give it some thought and get back to him. I knew just from talking to him that it was all going to come together.

My friends & I book a round trip with these guys to go to a wedding in CT this weekend. The entire experience was great. The person taking the reservation was great - and I called about a dozen times to make changes. The driver was soooo great - very polite and just th sweetest man - you rock James! Their prices were fantastic and they did a great job of letting us know all the costs. Definitely give these guys a call!

I tried this company last week for a stretch limo for my friends. Very professional service (they were righjt on time). The operator kept me informed the day of the pick-up of the status. Driver was very professional and veryt cordial. Price is more than fair. I've recommend them to other people and will use them for my company as well.
Best limo experience I've had in NYC.
