I know it's been said on here before, but I'd love to chime in with the chorus- Chadwick's is an eating experience that has no parallel in Brooklyn. Anytime I've ever eaten here (and I do often-maybe once a week at least) the service and the food have been outstanding. Any waitstaff that have helped us are extremely attentive and polite- let's face it, you want Outback, then go eat at that zoo. Chadwick's is dining at the next level. Chad's food is superb- we haven't had a bum meal yet. Always have a good listen to the specials; more often than not, they are extremely good (roasted pepper ravioli anyone?). The shrimp cocktail is divine. There's always a basket of hot bread (I emphasize hot because I haven't really gotten hot bread anywhere else). Excellent selections from the bar too. I've never really had to wait (I think the longest was 15 min, but generally I can walk right in without a reservation). I love the main dining room; it's rustic and cozy. In the winter they put the fireplace on too. The desserts are fantastic too- try the creme brulee. All told, I can't recommend Chadwick's enough, whether you are having a special occasion there or just a night out to eat!
Pros: Awesome food, great service, lovely dining room, great drinks and desserts. Usually no wait.
Cons: Some people would consider it expensive (it's not). A little busy towards the weekend.
