We have taken one of our dogs here twice. Had to wait 10 -15 min past both scheduled appoint. I felt like I was being "sold" while they were examining him. I felt like they "pressured" me into having extra's done. No animal lover and owner should be made to feel guilty about not being able to afford optional procedures. I think that they are "ok", but we are switching to Pittsford, based on other recommendations from neighbors and friends. In a pinch they are convenient and competitively priced, but I have not liked the way I felt every time I have left there.

The staff here is extremely friendly and obviously loves animals. Service is always prompt and friendly. The office is clean. It has recently been expanded to add additional patient care rooms. This makes service faster. They have also recently implemented an email reminder service to ensure that your animals' care is up to date. I definitely recommend any of the doctors here.

The office is very clean and organized. You never have to wait to see the doctor. They now send reminders via email. I would recommend them to a friend.

The staff and doctors here are friendly and helpful. We have taken our dog Jack to see Dr. Straka for several years and she is wonderful. Annual reminders are sent in the mail. They are a sister hospital to Companion Animal Hospital.
