Ellis Nitza Md - Delaware Pediatric Assoc

I called this office in early July as a new patient. I have 4 children under the 4 & was inquiring about well visits for my twins. I am well aware of protocol( my husband is a physician & I also worked in the med field for yrs) but the gentleman that answered my call would not as so much provide the simple bit of information I requested as to "when is the soonest appt available for my children?) Lacking customer service and extremely unfriendly...I was confused to where I was calling. It certainly didnt feel like a Pediatric Clinic, more like Border Control. Sorry.

These are the best five pediatricians in the area. They are relaxed, intelligent and best of always accessible. If there is any emergency, no matter what hour, they will call you back. My daughter once had spiked a fever of 103 at 2 A.M. on a weekend. Within five minutes of calling the office, the doctor on call returned our call and advised us what to do. What's more, she called us back an hour later to check up on my daughter!
There is never an illness that they have misdiagnosed and they don't easily prescribe unless absolutely necessary. And what's most important is they are all great with kids in all situations.
